China Water stockt Beteiligung an Prime Inv. auf

EMFIS.COM - Hongkong 03.09.07 ( www.emfis.com )  Die China Water Affairs gab gegenüber der Börsenaufsicht bekannt, dass man seine bisherige Beteiligung an der Prime Investments von 17,25 Prozent auf 86,21 Prozent erhöhen wird. China Water zahlt für die Anteilübernahme 200 Mio. HKD, was ein Diskont der Prime Investments Aktien von 86,53 Prozent bedeutet. Was China Water mit der Übernahme konkret beabsichtigt ist noch nicht klar. Die Aktie verliert im Vormittagshandel um 2,66 Prozent auf 5,11 HKD.

Deutsche Bank hat bei China Water zugekauft

Laut dem Hongkonger Börseninformationsdienst hat die Deutsche Bank AG ihre Beteiligung an der China Water Affairs aufgestockt.
Sie soll bereits am 07. August 2,354 Mio. Shares zu einem Preis von 4,67 HKD pro Shares gekauft haben. Damit erhöhte sie ihre Beteiligung um 0,21 auf 7,07 Prozent und hält damit 86,223 mio. Shares an dem Unternehmen.
Die Aktie von China Water legt im Vormittagshandel um 2,44 Prozent auf 5,04 HKD zu.

In July 2005 the Group, through its 70% subsidiary China Environmental Water Holdings Limited, acquired 50% equity of the enlarged registered capital of the Conseco Seabuckthorn Company Limited (Conseco or the Company) for the development of water environment management business in the northwestern part of China. Conseco Seabuckthorn Company Limited ("Conseco" means holy fruit in plateau) was founded in 1987 and is an enterprise registered in Zhongguancun Hi-tech Park of Beijing by the China National Administration Center for Seabuckthorn Development, Ministry of Water Resources, the PRC. As one of China's leading enterprises in the field of seabuckthorn, the Company has successively established seabuckthorn resources bases, new varieties breeding bases and raw material production bases in the Erdos Plateau, the Leoss Plateau, the Northeast Plain and the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, as well as the production base for hi-tech products in Beijing. Products developed by the Company include seabuckthorn flavone soft capsule, seabuckthorn seed oil and pulp oil capsules, seabuckthorn seed oil and pulp oil, seabuckthorn juice, and seabuckthorn tea. und das Volumen ist recht gering. Zeichnet sich hier ein Boden ab?  

während der Kurz heute um 1-2 Cent an den meisten Börsen viel, kletterte er im Xetra um fast 38% und im NASDAQ um über 17% ... geht da wieder was? hat jemand News?  

seit Jahren geht der Umsatz und der Gewinn nach oben und der Kurs nach unten - wie das denn?
letztes Jahr waren es noch 1300% bei der Jahresauswertung und jetzt sind es über 450% ... wieso bleibt der Kurs zurück und geht auch noch nach unten?

... schade das so wenig passiert. Die Leute investieren eben lieber in "Windmühlen" mit aus Asien mit eher fragwürdiger Technik und Aktien die kaum einen Cent wert sind. :-/

Auf zu alten Höhen.  =8))  

auch hier wirds bald weiter nach oben gehen, die anderen Titel machen es ja vor und die Zahlen und Nachrichten stimmen. Ist zwar relativ volatil, aber dafür gehts Berg auf. =8))  

Bin schon sehr lange hier investiert .....aber bis jetzt kommt der Laden nicht aus dem knick.....  

für mich ist die Aktie unterbewertet. Ist gut aufegstellt auch die Chinesen brauchen sauberes Wasser *g* zahlen dividende Finanzreporte sind schön alle nachzulesen siehe unten

Aber sie ist noch nicht so bekannt schlummert vor sich hin hab sie jetzt schon üner ein jahr und bei 30 cent ist immer Ende warum weiß ich auch nicht für mich ist sie eigentlich mehr wert.  Aber das wäre ja nicht die Börse wenn man alles verstehen würde.

Also bleibt nur warten........

 

habe die aktie lange auf meiner watchliste gehabt und heute zugeschlagen. durch den "china aktien" skandal ist sie stark gefallen obwohl die zahlen seh gut waren. hoffe es geht noch weiter runter, um noch günstiger welche zu kaufen.

china will in den nächsten jahren milliarden in den wasser sektor investieren, da es durch die verschmutzung langsam knapp wird. es könnte aber jahre dauern bis die aktie davon profitiert, momentan ist der einstieg aber sehr günstig, mit einem kgv von 8. gerade läuft ein aktien rückkaufprogramm, hoffe nur das sie nicht ihre zahlen gefälscht haben, wie die firmen aus dem aktuellen skandal...

 

 

bis jetzt wurden über 48mio aktie zurückgekauft, das sind 3%.

Ich sehe es auch als ein Langzeitinvest an jetzt kann man günstig nachkaufen ich bin bei 17 cent drinnen udn warte auf die 30 cent denke das sollte bis Jahresende realistisch sein.

also drei Monate sehe ich nicht als "Langzeitinvest", das läuft bei mir schon unter kurzfristiger Spekulation.
Oder wartest du nur darauf und hälst die Aktien dann weiter??

30 cent sind eher unrealistisch und aus der luft gegriffen. vor allem nach der aktuellen gewinnwarnung:

positiv ist aber, das sie bereits über 100mio aktien zurück gekauft haben. man muss der aktie noch 2-3 jahre geben.

 

Hier plätscherts echt nur vor sich hin wo bleibt aufwärts ?  

in China Water A. investiert.. und ich glaube, ich werde mindestens 3 weitere Jahre daran hängen müssen, um in Plus zu kommen. ;-(
