@ klarakaro: Also BMSN hat soweit ich das mitbekommen habe kein neues Patent, sondern vielmehr ihr Interesse an einem Patent geäußert in Form eines "LOI" oder Letter of intent.
LOI=Als Absichtserklärung (auch Grundsatzvereinbarung oder englisch Letter of intent) werden im Rechtswesen einige mehr oder weniger rechtsverbindliche einseitige Willenserklärungen eines Verhandlungspartners verstanden, die das Interesse an Verhandlungen oder am Abschluss eines Vertrages bekunden sollen.

SK am Freitag bei 0,0096 entspricht 0,00739 EUR bei einem Wechselkurs von 0,7699 EURO – USD.  Knapp 50% mehr bezahlt…

Es geht hier um viel mehr...Es wird eine positive Entscheidung (innerhalb der nächsten 7 Tage) vom FDA erwartet, bezüglich des Medikaments "HemaXellerate I™"  damit sie die Trial 1 beginnen können. Außerdem hofft man darauf, dass dieses Medikament den "Orphan" Status bekommt. Was dann passiert kann sich jeder denken…

am 5. Februar kam die PR bezüglich des IND (investigational new drug).
D.h. BMSN weiß vermutlich ab dem 07.03.2012 (plus minus 1 - 2 Tage) ob bestätigt oder abgelehnt wurde. Danach hat BMSN 4 Tage Zeit ein 8-K filing zu releasen. Die FDA hat weitere 30 Tage Zeit die Bestätigung zu Widerrufen. Erst dann beginnen die "Clinical trials". Weitere 60 Tage werden für den "orphan drug" Status benötigt.
