jetzt müßte es eigentlich wieder etwas zurück gehen. Wir sind in Europa die einzigen mit einer über 2%igen Steigerung. London weiterhin bei +1%.

Short Term Dow

Short term, the Dow got the upside break from today's intraday consolidation late in the afternoon. The index has nearly reached the consolidation target at 9,210, which indicates we could see weakness in this area tomorrow morning.

Medium Term Dow

In the medium term, we entered the market Long this morning at 9,100, but took a 10 point loss on the pullback. We later re-entered the Dow Long at 9,128 and are still in the position. We will move our stops up to 9,150 to lock in some of the profit. If we are still Long when the index hits 9,200, we will automatically move our stops up to 9,175. Stay Long above 9,220, and look for Shorts below 9,050, with 10 point stops.

NASDAQ & S&P

The NASDAQ and S&P each mirrored the Dow today, as both indices continued steadily higher within their respective sloping consolidations. Each index is now approaching resistance, which we will watch closely. *

Summary

The Dow moved sharply higher at the Open, then formed a clear consolidation, which sent the index further still. The Dow is now approaching resistance at 9,215, which we will keep our eye on for tomorrow's market. A downside break below 9,050 will signal weakness.
