       haben ! Oder ?

7:54AM Oracle/PSFT deal likely to be opposed by Justice Dept -- USA Today (ORCL) 12.54: USA Today reports that the Justice Dept will likely oppose Oracle's bid for rival PeopleSoft (PSFT 21.62) if the software maker continues pursuing it, citing lawyers close to the deal say. The attorneys say Justice opposes the takeover because it would reduce competition significantly for software that runs many of the back-office operations for the biggest businesses in the world.

7:48AM DISH named Top Pick at BofA 32.05: Banc of America swaps out of GMH and names EchoStar as a Top Pick following Q3 results; while overall results were light, notably net adds and ARPU, firm was "shocked" at the severity of the sell-off, and thinks valuation is compelling on both a relative and absolute basis; firm think the implications of the earnings miss are being overestimated, saying ARPU weakness was a function of the nature of promotions and not an indication of deteriorating pricing power, and also believes that concerns about CEO Charlie Ergen's tone on the call are also overdone.

schaut nicht schlecht aus, jedoch ziemlich überkauft der Markt im Moment. Kann also jeden Moment kippen wobei ich denke, solange die Amis mit Futs noch ca. 0,2% im Plus liegen ist nach oben hin noch etwas Luft!
