The sluggish U.S. economy is showing a few signs of life, but the post-Iraqi war bounce hasn't been dramatic, the Federal Reserve reported Wednesday in its Beige Book survey of current economic conditions. Perhaps the brightest news in another gloomy report from the Fed was the fact that none of the 12 Fed districts said conditions were getting worse. "The unwinding of war-related concerns appears to have provided some lift to business and consumer confidence, but most reports suggested that the effect has not been dramatic," the Beige Book concluded. Overall, consumer spending was lackluster, the report said. Manufacturing was mixed, the job markets was weak and price pressures were limited.

das kein Preisdruck vorhanden ist, heißt doch keine Inflation, bei den Zinsen heißt das aber auch, dass keine Investitionen getätigt werden, da die Kapazitäten wohl doch noch zu hoch sind oder die Nachfrage zu gering.
Naja ist ja egal. Dow 11.000 / S&P 1.250 / Nasdaq 2.000 - Hauptsache man redet nicht über Negatives.
Mich wundert nur, dass die Bullen alle gewinnen und das schon über Monate hinweg, ich dachte die Masse liegt immer falsch ? Wer seit über 3 Monaten in Calls ist, der muß im Himmel sein.

zu schnell hochgetaxt...sah man ja heute morgen...und das wird sich rächen..bald..wenn auch die letzte Omi wieder ihr Geld in Aktien gesteckt hat...
