Das bedeutet, dass aktuell die eine Beteiligung schon ausreicht, damit das NAV merklich über der MCap von Zimtu liegt. Weitere Kurssteigerungen bei Emerita Res. sind nicht unwahrscheinlich.

Insgesamt beträgt das NAV bereits mehr als 1 CAD. http://www.zicaco.info/  Während Zimtu noch bei 0,25-0,26 CAD steht. 50% Kursanstieg ist damit mindestens gerechtfertigt.  

Bislang buddeln sie ja nicht selbst. Sondern sind nur an einigen Junior-Explorern beteiligt. Ich vermute mal, dass dies auch so bleibt. Und sie nach und nach die Claims verkaufen und dafür eine Mischung aus Cash und Aktien erhalten. Oder sie gründen einfach eine neue Firma, einen Junior-Explorer an dem sie dann 100% zu Beginn halten, in der sie die Grundstücke packen.
