Westerburg, 26. Juni 2006 (aktiencheck.de AG) - Die Experten von "Hot Stocks Investor" sehen bei der Aktie von GreenShift (ISIN US39571R1077/ WKN A0EQ9B) Kurspotenzial.
Im Markt würden sich Spekulationen darüber verdichten, dass Veridium mit einer anstehenden Hammermeldung aufwarten würde. Bis Freitag habe diese Meldung zwar noch ausgestanden, was die Spekulation indes nicht abgehalten habe, regelrechte Kapriolen zu schlagen mit Tagesgewinnen bis 70 Prozent.
Am 15. Juni habe das Unternehmen ein SEC-Filing veröffentlicht, in dem angekündigt werde, den Namen der Gesellschaft auf GS Clean Tech zu ändern. Das Kürzel "GS" solle dabei wohl nicht per Zufall an die im Hintergrund die Fäden ziehende GreenShift erinnern. Hier sei Kevin Kreisler ebenfalls als Mehrheitsgesellschafter und Chairman tätig.
Interessant sei, dass sich GreenShift stark im Bereich Biofuel engagieren wolle und diese Aktivitäten auf ein Netzwerk mehrerer Tochtergesellschaften aufzubauen gedenke. So habe das Unternehmen vor Kurzem die Beteiligung an Mean Green Biofuels in die bislang inaktive Tochter Hugo Telecom eingebracht, welche jetzt wiederum in GS Agri Fuels umfirmiert worden sei. Hinter der Ankündigung, Biodiesel-Anlagen mit einer Kapazität von 45 Mio. gl. pro Jahr aufbauen zu wollen, sei anscheinend was dran, denn das VC-Haus Cornell Partners sei mit einer Finanzierungszusage in Höhe von 22 Mio. USD mit involviert.
Die "Hot Stocks Investor"-Experten seien der Ansicht, dass es unter diesen Bedingungen durchaus spannend sein sollte, das Augenmerk nicht nur auf der Tochter Veridium zu haben, sondern auch auf GreenShift. Diese werde auf der derzeitigen Kursbasis mit einer Marktkapitalisierung von 22,5 Mio. USD bezahlt, während die "Tochter" Veridium nach dem Kurssprung von letzter Woche mit 31,2 Mio. USD bewertet werde. Wegen des nicht ganz klaren Zuordnungscharakters der Stücke von Veridium zu GreenShift würde dies aber bei dem ausgewiesenen Anteil von 70 Prozent an Veridium bedeuten, dass die komplette Bewertung von GreenShift ausschließlich durch die Veridium-Anteile gedeckt sei und der vollständige weitere Bereich der neuen GS Agri Biofuels gar nicht zu Buche schlage.
Das könnte nach Ansicht der Experten von "Hot Stocks Investor" ein Fingerzeig dafür sein, dass bei der GreenShift-Aktie noch einiges an Potenzial drin stecken könnte. Der Titel sei dabei ein Fall für absolute Spezialisten.

Ich persönlich bin zufrieden, dass der Kurs sich um die 0.032 hält...
Wird vorher die Nachfrage an dieser Aktie steigen.

Ist evtl. ein Nachkauf sinnvoll?
vermute aber, dass sobald ein termin für die umgliederung bekannt ist, der kurs steigt, bzw. danach auch erstmal steigen wird...
allerdings muss man bei solchen werten gute nerven haben, den kursschwankungen sind immer massiv... und das die angelegenheit hier hoch spekulativ ist, ist ja klar...
also wenn du noch bischen risiko kapital setzen willst, denke ich besser hier als bei irgentwelchen rohstoff explorern...
