"Viavi Solutions (VIAV) reported 2nd Quarter December 2021 earnings of $0.20 per share on revenue of $314.8 million. The consensus earnings estimate was $0.14 per share on revenue of $304.1 million. Revenue grew 5.0% on a year-over-year basis.
The company said it expects third quarter earnings of $0.20 to $0.22 per share on revenue of $301.0 million to $315.0 million. The current consensus earnings estimate is $0.19 per share on revenue of $309.99 million for the quarter ending March 31, 2022."

Business Outlook for the Third Quarter of Fiscal 2024
For the third quarter of fiscal 2024 ending March 30, 2024, the Company expects net revenue to be between $245 million to $253 million and non-GAAP EPS to be between $0.05 to $0.09.
