war eine woche im Urlaub und alles Grün, süper

sicher, denn seit #20 hat sich nichts an der finanziellen Situation geändert. Bis auf einen Wechsel in der Führungsetage....
Das gehandelte Volumen ist bisher recht ordentlich, aber trotzdem verhälnismäßig wenig, daher würde ich nicht unbedingt von einem nachhaltigen Anstieg sprechen.
Ich bin erstmal raus und werde warten ob der Kurs nochmal fällt, um dann ggf. nachzukaufen.....  

Wie in Zukunft weiter geht weiß keiner.

Aber das man nicht über Pari kaufen sollte dürfte doch wohl jedem klar sein warum auch??

Die Kurse die gestern hier in D gezahlt wurden waren lächerlich übertrieben.

Der faire Kurs jetzt wäre 0,128 Euro mehr nicht.

Die Aktie steht an der Heimatbörse mit 10% im Minus bei 12,25 BPC.

Weclher Depp zahlt hier 0,15 oder sogar 0,18 Euro???

Haltet Euch an den kurs der Heimatbörse und nicht an dem den der Makler hier in D taxt.Wenn er zu hoc taxt wie meißtens bleibt fern aus dem Wert.

...die den Kursanstieg erklären würden. Weiß jemand mehr?

Urals Energy, an independent oil exploration and production company today announces the appointment of Grigory Kazakov as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr Kazakov will replace Vladimir Sidorovich with immediate effect, who will remain with the Company as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Kazakov was previously Urals’ Vice President of Finance and has been with the Company since 2005. He has an extensive experience in the financial and oil and gas sectors and has held senior positions in PwC’s audit and transactions practices in Moscow. He will be responsible for the Company’s financial management and reporting.

sieht doch eigentlich ganz gut aus.

....und charttechnisch spricht auch nichts gegen eine Kurssteigerung !

Ach ja die Urals E. damals als sie in der 3Sat Boerse als Schwergewicht vorgestellt hatte sie Ihr Alltime High. War damals bei 5,60 bis 6,10 drin sollte jetzt aus dankbarkeit nochmals einsteigen :-) war nicht damals der Gerhardt Schröder im Urals Aufsichtsrat?

Update on Negotiations with Sberbank and Associated Matters

Urals Energy Public Company Limited (“Urals Energy” or the "Company") Update on Negotiations with Sberbank and Associated Matters Negotiations with Sberbank Urals Energy today announces that efforts in discussions with Sberbank regarding restructuring options for the Company's outstanding loans to the bank have not yielded a mutually agreeable solution beyond the divestiture of assets approved at the Company’s shareholder meeting on 26 January 2009, which the Company considers the most feasible in the circumstances. Therefore, the company will be proceeding with the execution of the divestiture of its ownership interests in Dulisma and Taas Yuriakh to Sberbank as expediently as possible, in accordance with the earlier EGM resolution. The Company hopes to conclude the transaction in the near future and will provide a further update as soon as possible. Should there be any material change to this plan a further announcement will be made. The Company also intends to provide a full update on its forward strategy and other divestiture efforts in due course. Annual accounts and suspension of trading in shares on AIM As a consequence of the status of discussions with Sberbank, the Company is considering the basis of preparation of its annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008. As a result, the Company will not be able to meet its obligations under AIM Rule 19 to publish its annual audited accounts by the deadline of 30 June 2009. In these circumstances, trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be suspended with immediate effect. The Company expects to be in a position to publish its annual accounts in July 2009.
