TULSA, OK--(August 1, 2014) - Bayport International Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: BAYP) (PINKSHEETS: BAYP) is pleased to announce that the company has entered into an agreement with a very large institutional investment company for financing of up to Five Million US dollars ($5,000,000) upon filing and acceptance of an S-1 registration and up list to the OTCBB.
As a part of the up list the company has reverse split its common stock 100/1. FINRA has set the effective date for this is August 1, 2014. Bayport will update shareholders and general public of the S-1 securities upon final filing.

Nicht ausdrücklich erkennbar ist, dass es im Jahre 2012 eine Verschmeldung mit der Exit Only Inc gab. Die angegebenen Daten aus früheren Jahren stimmen nicht mit den Daten den Angaben aus dem Unternehmensreport in Bezug auf die Exit Only Inc. überein. Gab es hier eine Namensgleichheit einer weiteren Firma?
Es gibt tatsächlich auch noch andere Bayport Corporations.

25%-igen Anteil erworben. Das Problem was Bayport aber angekündigt hat, ist, dass in einigen Bohrlöchern in die Sandschichten, aus denen das Gas gewonnen wird, gegen eindringendes Wasser abzudichten. Ich denke, dass das aber letzendlich kein Problem darstellt, denn sollte das Gas bei der Föderung übermässig Wasser aufgenommen haben, so lässt sich dies ducrh Gefrierung bzw. durch Trocknung vor der Weiterverarbeitung bzw. dem Transport zum Kunden wieder entfernen. Gängige Trocknungsmittel, die sogar regenerierbar wären, sind z.B. CaCl2 oder Zeolite.  

Schichten gewonnen. Wenn man zusätzlich Schwefelsäure in die Gesteinsschichten einbringt, quillt die Gesteinschicht auf, der Druck steigt dadurch an (Gipsbildung aus Kalk, Gips ist voluminöser). Ein erhöhter Gesteinssdruck erhöht dann auch gleichzeitig die Gasproduktion, da das Gas durch den erzeugten Druck der chemischen Reaktion herausgepresst wird.

TULSA, OK August 14, 2014, Bayport International Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: BAYP). Today we are pleased to announce the closing with Sylios Corp (f/k/a US Natural Gas Corp). Bayport closed on July 31, 2014. The Asset Purchase Agreement entered into between the companies on July 9, 2014, in Wayne County, West Virginia. Included are oil and gas assets of E3 Petroleum Corp and Sylios Corp (f/k/a US Natural Gas Corp) also included leases covering mineral rights, oil and natural gas wells, certain right of ways and ancillary facilities constructed by the Company for the delivery of natural gas in West Virginia.
Summary of the oil and gas properties located in Wayne County, West Virginia. The assets purchased are 125 oil and gas wells, testing facilities and a 22 mile gathering system within 12,000 acres. Bayport International und Sylios Corp. hat Bayport in der wiedergegebenen Meldung in Posting #907 bereits hingewiesen.

Bayport hat mit Sylios Corp. einen Vertrag über die Gewinnung von Gas und Öl unterzeichnet, wobei die Förderaktivitäten in der Firma E3 Petroleum Corp konzentriert sind. E3 Petroleum Corp ist allerdings nicht börsennotiert. Das Unternehmen, E3 Petroleum Corp, ist in Florida incorporiert worden (am 8. Februar 2010), und auch James Porter, CEO von Bayport International Holding Inc., ist dort als Title President genannt:

sind deutlich größer. Bayport hatte ja auch angekündigt, eine 5 Millionen Finanzierung nach dem Reverse Split aufzutreiben (siehe Posting #903).  

Gewinnung von Gas aus kalkhaltigen, wasserführenden Schichten lässt sich durch die erwähnte Schwefelsäure-Einbringung in die Gesteinsschichten gleichzeitig mit der Gipsbildung verringern. Gips bindet nämlich beim Abbinden Kristallwasser fest in seine Struktur mit ein, und somit kann Wasser gleichzeitig aus den Förderschichten reduziert werden.    

auch die Anzahl der genehmigten Aktien wieder erhöht. Der Kurs in Höhe der post-Reverse Split Niveaus lässt aber darauf schliessen, dass derzeit kein aktiver Verkauf der neuen Aktien über eine Handelsplattform, wie die OTCBB, erfolgt.

Das Volumen der gehandelten Aktien ist aber wieder leicht angestiegen.

Gasführende Scichten auch so sehen: Die eingebrachte Säure zersetzt Carbonate in den Gesteinsschichten und das freigesetzte CO2 verdrängt Erdgas, was dann in einer höheren Ausbeute gewonnen werden kann. Das CO2 lässt sich nachfolgend wieder aus dem Gasstrom selektiv entfernen (Gasverflüssigung oder chemische Bindung).  

10.000% im Plus, nur leider ist der Startpunkt die Nulllinie und nicht der Endkurs vom Freitag gewesen.
