Denke es liegt wohl auch daran, wie die einzelnen Anreicherer ihren maximalen Gewinn kalkulieren, ausgehend von firmenspezifischen Faktoren, Kapazitäten, Gewinnkalkulationen u.s.w. , entweder mehr "Durchsatz" und dafür mehr UF6-Verbrauch, oder weniger angereichertes Uran produzieren aber dafür auch weniger UF6-Verbrauch ..... (und aufgrund des Mangels an Anreicherungskapazität ist eben Overfeeding angesagt .....)
Hab neulich irgendwo gelesen, dass anscheinend bei den neuen Lieferverträgen die Versorger die Umstellung von Under- zu Overfeeding bereits berücksichtigen und dementsprechend die U3O8-Bestellmengen erhöhen.
