As noted, the pullbacks on Thursday were around 2.50-3.50 SP futures points and 3-5 Nasdaq futures points. If the pattern
(*and* the steep channels on the intraday charts) are going
to hold, there shouldn't be a pullback larger than these. If that pattern breaks, the next levels below would be 9.50 SP futures and 14 Nasdaq futures points off of whatever the highs are. If those levels break (and they would currently be 823.00 and 1020 *IF* Thursday's highs are not exceeded) then a short term top is in place. Levels below these are at 821.50 and 1016, and then short term key support at 816.30- 815.00 and 1002-999. A break of those levels will likely send the market out of the week on a slide, with only 810.00 and 992 left in the way.
 

So look for initial resistance at 836.70-838.00 on the SP futures and 1039-1042 on the Nasdaq futures. If the market stalls out there, and breadth is not strong, then look for a reversal lower. However, if the market gets over those zones and sticks, then this is more than the garden variety bounce we've seen lately. Over those look for resistance at 840.50- 842.00 and 1050-1052, and then at the 848.50 and 1058 levels. If those are exceeded, then there is a shot at going for 852.50-853.60 on the SP futures and 1063-1065 on the Nasdaq futures.

Was glaubst du, warum ich mich für techn. Analyse und Marktsentiment interessiere. Alles andere kannst du vergessen, zumindest kurzfristig.  

Die Futures prallen sofort bei den resists ab, das sieht mir boes nach einer Bullenfalle
aus.  

Denkst du an Puts ? Habe mich doch entschieden mein Langfristdepot noch nicht so langfristig zu machen. Habe Daimler mit ordentlichem Gewinn verkauft.

Überlege Puts, bin aber nicht schlüssig.

Wir putten, da am Sonntag oder Montag Saddam bombardiert wird.
Bush trifft seine 2 Freunde (Blair und Aznar) dann wird der Krieg erklärt. Die B2 Flotte ist unterwegs zu einem Stützpunkt, die können nicht ewig von ihrer Homebase weg sein, ein Sichtbarkeitsproblem entsteht dadurch.

Und der Wirtschaft gehts mies, oder?

die zahlen von gestern und heute sind geschönt noch grottenschlecht
aber die scheisse steigt, kotz ;-)  

heute gibt es keinen Grund 4% zu steigen ;-)

Jaja die Maerz Futures, immer wieder das alte Spiel.
In Tokio wurden wegen Manipulation von Kontrakten Investmenthaeuser verklagt !
Bin mal gespannt wann es in Dtld endlich soweit ist.

denke das es noch bis kurz vor 2460 gehen kann dann sollte
es eigentlich drehen.

 

ich habe gestern und heute morgen schon drauf hingewiesen.
kaufpanik + short sqeeze = explosion!
schau dir mal die umsätze im dax an, da kaufen einige fett ein.
