Tsodilo Resources Limited Annual General Meeting Results

Toronto, Ontario CANADA, March 21, 2014 /FSC/ - Tsodilo Resources Limited  ("Tsodilo" or the "Company") (TSX Venture Exchange: TSD) is pleased to announce that at its Annual General  Meeting of shareholders held on March 21, 2014, the following directors were elected:  James M. Bruchs, Thomas S. Bruington, David J. Cushing, Michiel C.J. de Wit, Jonathan R. Kelafant and Patrick C. McGinley.

The shareholders also approved the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP, Vancouver, Canada, as auditors of the Company.  

Grant of Stock Options

Under the terms of its Stock Option Plan, Tsodilo granted 300,000 options to six directors and 180,000 to employees and an advisor at an exercise price of C$1.25 per share. These options vest as to 25% effective March 21, 2014, and 25% on each of the sixth, twelfth and eighteenth month anniversaries of the date of the grant. The options are valid for five years.

OK, dann lass uns doch mal Deine Meinung zu diesem Wert hier hören..

Ich beobachte diesen schon eine ganze Weile, war auch kurzzeitig investiert.

Die wöchentlichen Schwankungen zwischen 1.25 CAN und 1.85 CAN sind schon recht heftig, jeder wartet auf die anstehende Resourcenschätzung. Da könnte evtl. was gehen.  

es erstaunt mich das nunmehr der Kurs soooooo vehement Richtung Süden unterwegs ist.
hat jemand eine plausible Erklärung dafür??  

die einzige Erklärung die ich habe ist, daß diese Resourcenschätzung ja zuerst für Ende März versprochen wurde, jetzt hieß es irgendwo könnte noch bis Ende Juni dauern...

Genauso schnell kann es aber wieder nach oben gehen

wer weiß ob es dann tsodilo noch gibt.
