MED GEN REPORTS POSITIVE QUARTER

Boca Raton, Florida –(BUSINESS WIRE)—Med Gen Inc. (“ MGEN”), manufacturers of nationally branded OTC healthy life products reports 1st Quarter 2007 results. Paul Kravitz, Chairman & CEO said that significant gains are apparent in all categories. Our very important cash position is in excess of $800,000 providing significant capital resources for the TV campaign on UnDiet™ System.” The company reported an 84% increase in Net Sales to $181,000.
“While the 1st Quarter results show steady growth based on a comparison of prior years quarter, the tremendous increase reported of January [unaudited] sales, which exceeded $350,000, indicates the potential growth of the company as it executes its new marketing direction and business plan. The increase in sales did not in any way increase overhead, nor is overhead expected to increase significantly in the near future. Thus the company had positive cash flow during the month of January”.
Greater access to International markets are expected to add to corporate growth as more products get validated for sale in those markets. Thus a $70 billion domestic weight loss market can translate into a $140 billion International market. Med Gen's Weight Shield(R) to Be Featured on National TV
Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturers of nationally branded OTC healthier life products, announced the launch of a new series of TV commercials starring Drs. David and Sofia and featuring Med Gen’s Weight Shield® weight loss program. Dr. David, a Gynecologist and Dr. Sofia, a Geneticist, discuss on camera, the attributes of Weight Shield®, a unique fat burning (Thermogenesis) product. Formulated using the Med Gen STW® Spray’s The Way technology. Weight Shield is a stand-alone product and part of the Med Gen UnDiet® System weight loss program.
The TV commercials will air starting March 5, 2007 thru March 19, 2007 on Game Show, Discovery Health, Dish Women’s, Style, WETV, VH1 and Soap.Net.
