TeleYemen Chooses LHS' ORYX Platform for Integrated Enhanced Services
Yemen's International Operator to Deliver Advanced Calling Services
ATLANTA/BOSTON/FRANKFURT--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 23, 1999-- LHS Group Inc. (NASDAQ: LHSG; Neuer Markt: LHI) today announced that TeleYemen has selected LHS Priority Call's ORYX® platform to deliver an integrated suite of enhanced services to its subscribers. TeleYemen is a joint venture of Cable and Wireless plc (51%) and Yemen's Public Telecommunications Corporation (49%) formed to respond to the increasing demand for international telecommunications services throughout Yemen.

TeleYemen will deploy a broad range of calling and messaging services on both wireline and wireless networks.
