Bei der Beteiligung Medsi bauen Sie auch ein Klinikzentrum in Moskau. Baube´ginn soll dieses Jahr sein und in Betrieb wohl erst in 2019/2020. INvestiert wird also beständig. Man wird hier nun ziemliche geduld haben müssen. Womöglich ein guter Dividendentitel, wenn man nicht zu hoch investiert ist und die Auszahlungen beständig kommen.

This was told to journalists by senior vice president, head of the investment portfolio of AFK Sistema Ali Uzdenov, who is chairman of the board of directors of the agricultural holding.
"We wanted to hold it [IPO] at the moment when we get the greatest benefit ... <...> We planned to do it in 2019, now we are planning in 2020," he said.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stepi noted that before the IPO it is planned, in particular, to increase the land bank and expand production in the field of gardening.
"We should be attractive to the investor, so that he does not hesitate," Uzdenov explained.
At the same time, he added that the entry into the capital of the agricultural holding of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RFPI) will depend on what conditions the fund will offer. Head of RFPI Cyril Dmitriev said in an interview with TASS at SPIEF-2017 about the possible acquisition of a minority stake in the agricultural holding. Then he noted that the negotiations are already at the final stage.
Earlier Uzdenov in an interview with TASS said that within the IPO of the agricultural holding "Steppe" the corporation can offer investors 15 to 25% of the agricultural holding. Prior to the placement of shares of "Steppe" on the Exchange, "System" will combine its agricultural assets ("Steppe" and RZ Agro).
In November 2017, the former executive vice president of the AFK, Andrei Neduzhko, was appointed the general director of the agricultural holding "Step", who was in charge of the corporation for investments in the agricultural sector. AFK Sistema plans to hold IPO Stepi when the annual OIBDA of the company approaches 10 billion rubles, said Mikhail Shamolin, then AFK President. According to him, the consolidated OIBDA of agricultural assets in 2017 will be about 5 billion rubles, that is, quite small for IPO. However, Sistema expects that the Steppe OIBDA will approach 10 billion rubles in the next two years. Thus, the agroholding will be ready to conduct an IPO in 2019, unless a strategic investor enters the project prior to the initial placement, Shamolin specified.
AFK Sistema began developing agribusiness in 2012, creating a joint venture RZ Agro (one of the largest producers of grains and oilseeds in southern Russia) with members of the Louis-Dreyfus family. AFK acquired Steppe Group through its subsidiary Krasnodar Agro in the second half of 2014. The proceeds of the agricultural holding in the first nine months of 2017 increased by 7.7% and reached 6.8 billion rubles.

The Arbitration Court of Bashkiria completely removed the arrest imposed in 2017 on the claims of Rosneft on the assets of AFK Sistema billionaire Vladimir Yevtushenkov, in connection with the terms of the amicable agreement between the two companies.

At the same time, the message of Sistema noted that if the Indian Telecommunications Department and the country's courts confirm that SSTL frequencies can be used to deploy 4G, SSTL can receive additional payments from RSom. The timing of the frequency decision is not known.

Eigentlich sollte der totgeprügelte Kurs, der in meinen Augen viel Schlimmeres eingepreist hat damit zur Erholung ansetzen. Der Handelskonflikt erstickt aktuell aber gleich alles schon im Vorfeld, ich nutze einfach mal dreist die Gelegenheit bei Sistema noch billig einzukaufen :-)
