VANCOUVER, Oct. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - San Telmo Energy Ltd. (OTCBB: STUOF; TSX-V: STU) is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement announced on September 3, 2003 in the amount of 857,142 shares at a price of US$0.70 and 428,571 share purchase warrants, exercisable up to October 10, 2004 at a price of US$1.00 per share. The shares are subject to a hold period which expires on February 11, 2004. There are five placees.
