Anton Kreil wird in 6 Parts interviewt (siehe youtube).

In Part 4 ab der 53 Sekunde antwortet er auf folgende Frage:

Question: "When you're on the trading floors, losing or gaining money - have you felt a gambling addiction feeling?"

Answer Anton Kreil: "It's hard to say no to that question, because you do get those feelings a lot when you are in a very fast pace enviroment. The trick is learning how to supress it and trading in a non-human way. So, when you realise if you do a lot of psychology work, humans are very bad traders. Because the human psychology is the opposite of how you should actually trade. So, all of these feelings that you get as a "human" you have to suppress. And that's part of the learning process and you become kind of hard coded over many years where you know when you get this feeling you push it away and then you carry on as you should..."
