Es hatte sich hier doch sogar eine die Mühe gemacht und seinen Kauf bei Walmart dokumentiert und die Bilder mit Kassenzettel hier reingestellt.

Ich könnte mir eher vorstellen, dass der Betrug in der anderen Richtung funktioniert... die Aktie wird aufgrund der hohen Umsatzzahlen und Ankündigungen nach oben befördert - viele (Klein-) Investoren steigen ein. Dann schreitet die SEC ein - es werden Betrugsvorwürfe durch die Presse geäußert und der Kurs bricht vollkommen ein. Alle Investierten springen laut schreiend wieder ab und verfluchen ihr invest. Währenddessen sammelt seltsamerweise Spongetech und Pike massenweise Shares ein.... warum sollten sie das tun, wenn an den Vorwürfen was dran wäre!?

Mein Bauchgefühl sagt mir, dass es wieder nach oben geht und das sprunghaft und unerwartet....

 

Denn bei WaMu stehts wieder weit unten, ausgang ungewiss . . .

da kann man das son bissi steuern, also mit dem kurs....da verkauf mal einer 1000 stück zu 0,021 und prups ist der kurs unten....wie harry schon sagte lass das ding nochn bissi runter laufen :-)

Hmmm....kommt darauf an wann du das letzte mal hier reingeschaut hast... ;-)

Jedenfalls wird der baldige Abschluss der Untersuchungen durch die SEC erwartet... ich denke es kommt bis Ende diesen Monats was raus. Das Unternehmen hat währenddessen weitere Produkte auf den Markt gebracht und ganz normal weiter gearbeitet. Dazu sammelt PIKE (Groß-Investor) weiterhin massenweise Shares von diesem Unternehmen... Von daher wird hier vermutet, dass die Unternehmenszahlen extra zurückgehalten werden, um weiterhin einen niedrigen Kurs zu haben und weitehin Shares günstig sammeln zu können.

Keine Kaufempfehlung - nur meine Meinung.

 

So Mädels... 5 Tage Pause reichen! Ich bitte um Neuigkeiten - schließlich will ich meine Prognose mit Ende März untermauert haben :-)

Jajaja die Firma Spongetech, ein Krimi vor dem Herrn.

Die SEC ermittlung läuft -so wie die meisten denken - dem ende entgegen.
Da Spongetech immer noch an der börse gehandelt wird und weiterhin seinem tagesgeschäft nachgeht, könnte man denken die ermittlungen haben nichts extrem schlimmes aufgedeckt.
Sonst wäre hier schon schicht im schacht.

Mittlerweile hat der Investor PIKE fast 17 Millionen Dollar investiert und hält nach aktuellsten filings 23% aller O/S.

Nun warten alle auf das zähe ende der SEC und der FINRA ermittlungen.
Mit aller Phantasie haben wir hier noch einen freien Freefloat an Aktien von ca. 300 Mio, sollten die gemeldetet Zahlen von Spongtech stimmen, knallts hier ordentlich.

Ich vertraue auf die produkte, die ich auch selbst testen konnte....ich finde sie sehr gut und denke das eine breite masse diese kauft...die portale dafür sind vorhanden CSV, walmart etc.
Da Dora und Oink Panter neu released wurden, glaubt wohl auch Spongetech an ein weiterleben.
einen Ausverkauf wie viele meinen halte ich für schwachsinn hier gilt es nochmal die trommel zu rühren, schließlich beginnt bald die sommerzeit und das ist Schwammzeit :-()

des weiteren haben wir die Firma Dicon gekauft, diese ist sehr breit aufgestellt -verfügt über super distributionswege und war auch vor spongtech profitabel.

die Kombi aus Spongetech und Dicon lässt auch hier weitere Phantasie spielen.

Der dreh und Angelpunkt sind die noch laufenden ermittlungen - bisher sind seit beginn der ermittlungen keine finacials reoptet worden bzw. dürfen noch nicht öffentlich gemacht werden.

Die Amis und einige foren spekulieren auf spätestens ende April.

Ich glaube an Spongetech und besitze natürlich keine kleine Zahl von Shares...zum traden fehlt hier in deutschland und mittlerweile auch in den USA die Aktivität an der Börse...also kaufen oder sammeln und abwarten.

So das ist meine meinung und ein abriss der aktuellen situation....
