UPGRADE - sieht gar nicht gut aus !!!!

Habe ich eben bei WO gefunden. Gut das meine Kauforder am Freitag nicht ausgeführt wurde. Ihr solltet sehen das ihr so schell wie möglich da raus kommt und eure bisherigen Gewinne mitnehmt.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The Law Offices of Steven E. a. That the Keepered Media technology had never been proven to work on a
credit card type format;
b. That Ampex, the owner of Keepered Media technology, had discontinued
its use as it was too costly for commercial manufacturing and did not
believe the technology had any material value;
c. That the value of Keepered Media technology was so insignificant, its
value was not even recorded as an asset on Ampex`s financial
statements;
d. That Upgrade had not applied for Nasdaq National Market System listing;
e. That the UltraCard had not been proven to store 20,000 times the
storage capacity of magnetic strip cards;
f. That Keepered Media technology had only been proven to work on hard
drive disks and was financially unfeasible to produce;
g. That despite its license of Keepered Media technology, Upgrade would
not have a product to sell, lease or license until the year 2001; and
h. That there was no reasonable basis for claiming that Upgrade would be
an SEC reporting company by February 24, 2000, as its auditors had not
even completed Upgrade`s audit.


By issuing these allegedly false and misleading statements, defendants artificially inflated Upgrade`s stock price from $10-1/2 on 11/29/99 to a Class Period high of $82-1/2 in January 2000, resulting in market capitalization of well over $1 billion, before the true facts about Upgrade`s troubled operations and false statements concerning Upgrade`s product development efforts were revealed.

ich wäre dir sehr dankbar, könntest du dies ein wenig übersetzen und
von wem ist die Meldung.
leider kann ich es nicht lesen, hänge aber sehr durch,
habe viel invetiert in Upgrade  

dass so gut wie alles, was Upgrade angekündigt und versprochen hat, total falsch war. Ob es um die angeblichen Fähigkeiten der UltraCard oder das Nasdaq-Lisiting geht, alles nur erfunden. Und Upgrade wird vor 2001 überhaupt kein Produkt verkaufen können etc. etc.
Ziemlich negativ.

Leute lest Euch mal richtig den WO Board durch, der Kurs von Upgrade hat sich auch gefangen, vergeßt nicht das Emprise hier in Europa denen ihre
Ultracard testet und verkauft. Selbst wenn die erst ab 2001 liefern könne, ist das auch  kein Problem, das ist ganz normal. Außerdem haben sie ein Patent angemeldet, somit kann ihnen keiner dazwischen kommen.
das mit der Klage gegen Upgrade kann von der Konkurenz kommen, denn die werden ihr Produkt dann nicht mehr an Banken vermarkten können. Ich kaufe Montag nochmals zu wenn irgend welche in Panik geraten.
Aber jeder muß wissen, ob er ein Risiko bei einer Aktie eingehen will oder nicht. Ich habe im Spätsommer Maxdata mit 70000,- Verlust verkauft, eine
Woche später war mein Paket 90000,- mehr wert. Ärgerlich ! Holt Euch bevor
Ihr Montag verkauft die vorbörslichen US Kurse und entscheidet danach Vicki

bei ca 23 Mio Aktien ist der Boersenwert momentan etwa 460 Mio US $!
Es ist an der Zeit fuer Herrn Bland mal seine Hausaufgaben zu erledigen, findet ihr nicht auch ?
