Thank you for your message and support. We cannot predict where the shares
will go, unfortunately. However the current weakness in the price has to do
with the fact that the six month lock-up period for pre-IPO shareholders
ended at the close of November 16, 1999 at which time the float increased
from 23.08% of the shares to 50.86% of the total of 4,375,000 outstanding.
Often when this happens the share price weakens for a short period of time
because the all-at-once greater supply does not meet with commensurate
demand. This is occurring in the context of a German stock market that does
not look too favorably on Internet stocks and also has a case of
'millennium' jitters.
Our next news will be the release of our third quarter report on November
30th. We are very pleased with how our business is going and we had a very
favorable reception at the recent art fair in Cologne. Our press coverage in
the US has been frequent and favorable recently, and we hope that the German
press will begin to reflect the same sentiment. We had a highly successful
'Icons' event in October, and even before the current 'Nudes' event our site
traffic has been growing dramatically.
Please have a look at the Investor Relations area of our site (bottom of the
Home Page), as well as the In the News section in About Us (also bottom of
Home Page). We are presently upgrading these areas of our site.
Best regards,
