PlanetLink Announces Karta's Launch of FleetRADAR Under Licensing Agreement

CUMMING, Ga., Aug 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --Continuing with our growth plans for 2005, PlanetLink Communications Inc. (PLKC), a provider of GPS satellite-based products and services, announced today that under our licensing agreement, Karta Technologies, Inc., has launched FleetRADAR, a fleet management platform based on PlanetLink's proprietary technology. Karta will market the FleetRADAR product to its existing customers, both domestically and worldwide.

PlanetTRAKS contracted Karta to develop the TransTRAK fleet monitoring software. The relationship evolved into a strategic partnership resulting in a licensing agreement. FleetRADAR is based upon the proprietary software owned by PlanetLink Communications and licensed to Karta for their use under an OEM licensing agreement.
