das heißt je länger du die gesperrten anteile hälst um so mehr handelbare aktien bekommst du zurück. es gab auch mal eine genaue aufstellung auf ihrer HP, doch die ist im moment nicht mehr verfügbar.es lohnt sich aber auf jeden fall die gesperrten teile lange zu halte. solltest du sie nach 5 jahren nicht getauscht haben bekommst du für jeden anteil 0,001$.
ich bin bei CC und da sehe ich in meinem depot genau wieviele handelbare shares ich im moment bekommen würde und das sind in diesem jahr nur 1/1000 der orginalmenge.wenn ich mich recht entsinne(keine garantie)sind es im 5 jahr 1/200.
du siehst es lohnt sich zu warten und gleich zu tauschen bringt nur riesen verluste.
in diesem fall musst du es mit kostolany halten, langer winterschlaf und einfach der dinge harren die da kommen.

sind es jetzt 9.000 St.
in 5 Jahren 45.000 St. a. 0,001= 45$ sind 95% verlust

Kann man nur hoffen das die handelbaren Aktien noch Ordentlich steigen
=1000% gewinn. aber wir gehen ja mal davon aus das PAIM bis dahin bei min. 1$ steht und das ist mehr als konservativ den die fangen ja jetzt an zu produzieren.sind dann 45000$=5000%, also mal nicht so pesimistisch im schlimmsten fall hast du eine verzinsung von 250%p.a. auf welcher bank bekommst du das?:)

Aber, mit Sicherheit, wäre es besser, wenn diese langsam, als zu schnell, nach oben gehen würde, wie es jetzt der Fall sei.
Stellt Euch vor, wenn wir wirklich einmal, die 1$ sehen würden.
Das könnte durchaus, langfristig so kommen.
Schnucky hat, mit seiner charttechnischen Prognose, ganz recht.
Denke aber, dass uns, der wirkliche PAIM- Hype, noch bevorsteht, wenn diese 0,01$ durchbricht!
Kostolany´s Taktik, könnte sich hier, mehr als auszahlen und AUFGEHEN!!!

Gary reconfirmed the desired move to a higher exchange, as stated in previous PR\'s that they would like to see the company on a higher exchange by years end- specifically the OTC QX. Gary stated they have hired a NY Atty to help with the DAD stuff and that he also stated they will apply for a listing on a European stock exchange! FYI Gary prefaced his remarks by saying that the chairperson herself had supplied the answer to the first 3 questions-the response above being to Q2 (which was from me-darn the luck!) (No such thing as luck- its all designed!) Anyway a follow up Q was asked "by years end?" And that is what PAIM is targeting and if they dont make it, the delay will be minimal was the response.
So putting 2 and 2 together= something has to POP Big time real soon to get the share price up to atleast $1 and keep it there! And 3 months from Oct 1 is the end of December...(and not a lot of work gets done during the last week of the year, IMO)-so I expect fireworks right out of the gate Monday! I know other Pinks and BB\'s have gone from the basement into dollar land in short order! Some have climbed through the pennies real fast like a week or so, and others have just opened up in dollar land. Dont ask me to name them because I havent kept track, but over the 17 years I have been around stocks, I have seen a few charts that were brought to my attention.
Another thing, when the OS and float are announced (could be in the same PR as revenue)I compute the OS to be around 3 Bil and the Float around 2.3 Bil. I have derived these #\'s from the filing PAIM did with pinksheetsdotcom earlier this year. Somewhere I read the company hasn\'t diluted at all this year, and so in their filing they state the exact # of OS, Float and tightly held. So 90% has to be subtracted from those #\'s. And 3 MM\'s are short- uh oh!! Do we get to watch who trips over who to buy shares on a squeeze. There is not going to be any RS! That horse has been beaten to death! RIP
And finally, If the revenue announcement along with share structure and short covering doesnt get this stock up where Pearl thinks it should be, they most probably have a few more aces up their sleeves!

I haven\'t attached the PR, but back in March 2006 we also issued dividends in the form of preferred share, a mandatory cert pull to combat naked shorting. These preferred shares may be converted to common shares.
The latest action? To get first gold production and revenues, which we shall do in the next few days, and let all shareholders know through a press release as and when.
By the way, PAIM is embarking on a program of reaching more shareholders through wider information dissemination. Last Friday evening, we did a chat session with shareholders as a means of counteracting false negative information from bashers who are colluding with shorters to put our price down.
