Oremex Silver Announces Filing of Interim Financial Statements

Oremex Silver Inc. ("Oremex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:OAG)(OTC PINK:ORAGF)(FRANKFURT:OSI) today announced that it has filed its unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements and the related interim managementdiscussion and analysis for the three month period ended February 28, 2014, the three and six month period ended May 31, 2014 and the three and nine month period ended August 31, 2014 (collectively, the "Interim Filings"). The Interim Filings are intended to bring the Company up to date with its continuous disclosure obligations and the Company intends to apply to the TSX Venture Exchange for the reinstatement of trading of its common shares.

Additionally, the Company announced that it has filed amended and restated unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements of the Company for the three and nine month period ended August 31, 2013 (the "2013 Q3 Financial Statements"). On close examination of the 2013 Q3 Financial Statements, the Company noticed a number of minor inaccuracies that required certain non-consequential amendments to the 2013 Q3 Financial Statements. As a result, the Company refiled the 2013 Q3 Financial Statements to bring the 2013 Q3 Financial Statements into compliance with Canadian accounting standards.

Hier könnte die aufkeimende Hoffnung den Kurs bewegen - daher ist die nähsten Monate beobachten angesagt - außerdem hab ich ja noch ein paar wertlos rumliegen.
