Novo Nordisk today announced that it has successfully completed the phase 2 trial for OG217SC; an oral formulation of the long-acting GLP-1 analogue semaglutide, investigating dose range, escalation, efficacy and safety of once-daily oral semaglutide compared with oral placebo or once-weekly subcutaneously administered semaglutide in around 600 people with type 2 diabetes treated for 26 weeks.  

Bin ja schon seit Dezember 14 wieder raus bei Oramed und war eine Weile nicht mehr auf der Seite.
Schade, dass es nicht so richtig laufen will.

Oramed ist 1 Kapsel...Géllule

Die transportiert (verschiedene) Wirkstoff über den Darmtrackt ohne dort resorbiert zu werden...verlagert den Stoff dann in Leber und durch die Vena Porta ins Körper gelangt

Natürlich z.Z mit Insulin...Morgens mit Heparin...werde auch verschiedene Impfung sein...

Also 1 revolutinäre Annahme von Wirkstoff die früher durch Sub-Cutan spritze verabreiche sind.

(Patente also sind wichtig zu erhalten und Patente in USA sollte in 2014 schon erhalten ...warte ich drauf )

(allerdings mit einer ca. 2,5fachen MK von Oramed (aktuell ca. 210Mio$)

ich denke das war ein kleiner Vorgeschmack auf dass was hier bei Oramed kommen könnte sobald die Phase 2b losgeht, wahrscheinlich und angekündigt im 2.Q. 2015.
