Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, December 22, 2010 - Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIA) (the "Company" or "Rock Tech") is pleased to provide a review and update for 2010 and an outline of its operational plans for 2011.
At the Company's advanced-stage Georgia Lake project, the first phase of its planned drill program has commenced. Trow Engineering ("Trow") is currently conducting a baseline environmental study and, on December 7, 2010, Cobra Drilling Limited ("Cobra") started on the first 4,000 metres of NQ-sized diamond core drilling. Three drill holes have been completed at the Aumacho Claim Block and the core samples have been submitted to SGS Laboratories ("SGS") in Toronto for chemical assaying. The objective of the first phase of the drill program is to advance the historic resource of approximately 9.8 million tons with an average grade of 1.18% lithium oxide to a National Instrument (NI) 43-101 compliant resource. Based on consultation with Caracle Creek International Consulting ("CCIC"), the Company is targeting completion by June 2011.
Permits for road construction to the Nama Creek Claim Block have been granted and road work will continue until December 23, 2010, and recommence on January 3, 2011. Upon completion of the approximately two kilometre road, Cobra will mobilize drill rigs onto the Nama Creek Claim Block and commence drilling.
Subject to weather conditions and granting of requisite permits, the Company has set the following timeline for the exploration program at its Georgia Lake lithium and rare metals project for the first six months of 2011:
-A three dimensional model of the Georgia Lake deposit is to be completed by CCIC by the third week of January 2011. The model is based on historic drill data and new chemical assay results will be added into the model as they are received from SGS.
-Results of the environmental baseline study will be available by mid-February 2011, and further environmental field work will be conducted in the spring of 2011, with results to follow 2 months thereafter.
-Completion of 4,000 metres of diamond core drilling to be completed by the end of February 2011. Sample assay results will be available starting near the end of January 2011, with the final set of sample assay results being completed by the end of April 2011.
-Bulk sampling for metallurgical testing to be collected by the third week of January 2011, with the scoping study to produce battery quality lithium carbonate to be completed by the end of May 2011 by SGS.
-NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate to be available by June 2011.
Subsequent to the completion of the first phase of the exploration program will be the execution of approximately 7,000 metres of diamond drilling with the objective of expanding the resource at the Georgia Lake lithium and rare metals project. The Company is targeting the start of a pre-feasibility study by December 2011.
In addition to these operational activities, the Company has commenced dialogue with the First Nations groups in the Thunder Bay-Beardmore region. The Georgia Lake properties are located on Crown land; however, this land is classified as Traditional Lands as First Nations community members use the area for hunting, fishing, fur trapping and other activities paramount to their survival and way of life. In recognition and respect of the First Nations groups, Rock Tech management and directors have engaged the Chiefs and/or Councils to determine means of working in cooperation with them. The Company's objective is to balance the economic and social needs and interests of the local community members while developing the project to maximize shareholder value.
Recently, the Company announced the acquisition of 630 claims covering 31,049 hectares in the Val d'Or Region of Quebec, and 376 claims covering 19,826 hectares in the Eastmain Region (James Bay, Quebec). Combined with the 123 claims covering 6,433 hectares the Company already holds in the Kapiwak Pegmatite Zone in the Eastmain Region, it brings the Company's lithium claims total in Quebec to 1,129, covering a total area of 57,308 hectares.
The James Bay Region is a new lithium discovery region, with Lithium One Inc. (TSX-V: LI), First Gold Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: EFG), Nemaska Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: NMX), and Dios Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: DOS) / Sirios Resources Inc. (TSX-V: SOI) having made discoveries. The Val d'Or area is a historic mining region for gold and lithium, where Canada Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: CLQ) will be reactivating a past producing lithium mine into production within the next 2 years.
In 2011, the Company's plans for its Quebec projects include geophysical work, geological mapping, ground sampling and trenching. From a corporate strategic perspective, Rock Tech will be seeking partnerships to expedite the development of its Quebec lithium projects, but will only do so under the appropriate terms and conditions.

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, February 1, 2011 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIA) (the “Company” or “Rock Tech”) is pleased to announce that its drill program at its Georgia Lake is progressing as scheduled.
Drilling recommenced on January 9, 2011 following the Christmas break. A total of 11 drill holes have been completed to date with 1,268 metres diamond core drilling, of which 3 drill holes were completed before the Christmas break. A second drill rig has been mobilized to the site to expedite drilling and subsequent NI 43-101 compliant resource estimation. The Company is on target to complete 4,000 metres of diamond core drilling by the end of February 2011. Bulk sample for metallurgical testing will be collected in the second week of February and will be tested to produce battery quality lithium carbonate by the end of May 2011.
The three dimensional modeling of the Nama Creek deposit has been completed by Caracle Creek International Consulting (“CCIC”). The visual model is available on the Company’s website, http://www.rocktechlithium.com/properties/...ke-nw-ontario/3d-models. The 3D models for the other deposits at Georgia Lake are currently being developed, and as they are completed, they will be posted on the Company’s website. The results of the environmental baseline study will be available by mid-February 2011, and further environmental field work will be conducted in the spring of 2011, with results to follow 2 months thereafter. The Company is on target for delivery of NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate by June 2011.

Eunho Lee commented, “Most of the drill holes at Nama Creek and Conway were placed within close proximity of spodumene bearing pegmatite zones that were intersected in historical drill holes. We are very encouraged by the drill log data provided by CCIC as they confirm the historical drill core data from these areas. Pegmatite zone ranges in thickness from 2.85 metres to 21.08 metres, with spodumene content of <3% to 15%. We are now patiently and anxiously waiting for chemical assay results to be returned to us so that we can confirm lithium oxide grades."
Quality Assurance and Quality Control Methods
Drill cores are being logged by CCIC’s geological team utilizing strict quality control procedures for core handling, measuring, observation recording and sample shipping to the laboratories. When core has been logged, the section to be sampled are split and bagged; and 10% standards, blanks and duplicates are inserted in each batch shipped to SGS Mineral Services laboratories in Toronto which is a Canadian ISO 17025 accredited laboratory. The retained halves of the split core are replaced in their original boxes and stored. The samples are being assayed using ICM 90A package for multi elemental analysis by sodium peroxide fusion/ICP-AES and ICP-MS analysis, and whole rock analysis using XRF76C (Meta-Tetraborate fusion / XRF analysis). Selected samples from pegmatites and the host rocks are also being tested for specific gravity using method PHY03B – Air Picnometer which will be used for resource estimation.
Based on historical exploration data, the Nama Creek 3 dimensional model created by CCIC is ready and is being used for future drill hole planning. The drill holes are being placed either to twin a historical drill hole or to fill the data gap.

The drill targets at Georgia Lake are based on the three dimensional model developed by Caracle Creek International Consulting. The objective of the current drill program is to bring the historic resource of 9,777,807 tons, with a weighted average of 1.18% Li2O, to NI 43-101 standards. To that end, the Company has completed 4,023 metres of a 7,000 metre program. As assay results are received by the Company, they will be presented in subsequent press releases.
A one-ton bulk sample has been sent to SGS Metallurgical Laboratories in Lakefield, Ontario. This sample will be tested for the potential to produce battery-quality lithium carbonate. The Company expects to receive results of the metallurgical analysis by the end of May 2011.
Vancouver, BC, Canada – April 6, 2011 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-Venture: RCK, Frankfurt: RJIA and Pinksheets: RCKTF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an engagement with Mackie Research Capital Corporation, and German-based, Silvia Quandt & Cie. AG, acting as a tight agent for German-based biw Bank, whereby they have agreed to act as co-lead agents (the “Agents”), to offer for sale, on a best efforts private placement basis of gross proceeds up to $5,300,000 (the “Offering”). The Offering will consist of up to $3,500,000 non-flow-through units of the Company (the “Units”), at a price of $0.25 per unit, and of up to $1,800,000 flow-through units of the Company (the “Flow-Through Units”) at a price of $0.30 per unit.
Each non-flow-through unit will consist of one non-flow-through common share of the Company and one half of one share purchase warrant. Each flow-through unit will consist of one flow-through common share and one half of one share purchase warrant. Each full warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional non-flow-through common share at a price of $0.60 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of closing.
The Company has granted to the Agents, an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 2,100,000 non-flow-through units and 900,000 flow-through units, exercisable at any time up to 48 hours prior to the closing of the offering.
In consideration for their services, the Agents will receive a cash commission of 7.0% of the gross proceeds of the Offering. In addition, the Agents will receive non-transferable compensation options (the “Compensation Options”) entitling the holders to acquire that number of non-flow-through units equal to 7.0% of the number of Units and Flow-Through Units sold under the private placement, exercisable at $0.30 per Compensation Option, for a period of 24 months from the date of closing.
The closing of the private placement is subject to regulatory approval including that of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued will be subject to a four month hold period.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used for the further exploration and development of the Company’s Georgia Lake Project (NW Ontario), Kapiwak Project (James Bay Region, Quebec) and Lacorne Project (Val d’Or Region, Quebec) and working capital purposes. More specifically, Rock Tech will allocate majority of the capital resources for the next phase of the exploration program at Georgia Lake, advancing the project beyond its independent NI43-101 resource estimate that it expects to receive from Caracle Creek Consulting International at the end of June 2011. The next phase will entail a drill program to update the anticipated NI43-101 resource and to commence a Pre-Feasibility Study by December 2011.

Mackie Research Capital Corporation acted as lead agent along with German based Silvia Quandt & Cie. AG acting as tight agent for German based biw Bank on behalf of a syndicate of agents (the “Agents”) in connection with the Offering. Highlights of these tests include the following:
Lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) with purity of 99.96%.
A high-grade spodumene concentrate of 6.2% lithium oxide (Li2O), with a 75.5% spodumene recovery rate utilizing heavy liquid separation (HLS).
A high-grade spodumene concentrate of 6.2% Li2O, with an 81.5% spodumene recovery rate utilizing floatation testing.
Though specification for lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) purity varies among battery manufacturers, purity must meet or exceed a minimum of 99.5%. Applying the standard Li2CO3 hydrometallurgical flow sheet, without any optimization of the Georgia Lake bulk samples, the purity level of >99.96% Li2CO3 that was achieved, according to SGS Mineral Services, is an excellent result for the first attempt at producing lithium carbonate.

About Metallurgy Test
A bulk sample of approximately 800 kilograms was sent to SGS Mineral Services (Lakefield, Ontario) laboratories at the end February 2011. The sample was a mixture of blasted surface and drill core spodumene pegmatite material from the Nama Creek Main Zone. The blasted rock sample was collected from three different locations; similarly, the drill core sample was collected by drilling 3 NQ sized short drill holes ranging in depth from 32 metres to 47 metres below ground surface. All samples were initially crushed to a ½ inch and approximately 75 kilograms of each crushed sample was removed and further crushed to a -6 mesh powder. A subsample was taken from the -6 mesh powder sample and submitted for HLS and floatation testing. HLS methodology resulted in 75.5% recovery with 6.2% Li2O on high grade samples (i.e., >1.6% Li2O) and 68.2% recovery with 6.3% Li2O on lower grade samples (i.e., 0.69% Li2O) indicating consistency of metallurgical behaviour of spodumene pegmatite material from the Georgia Lake Nama Creek Main Zone. The lithium loss in HLS test was low (about 1.1% based on the original head composite.
In parallel to HLS testing, floatation testing was performed on the whole composite resulted in a recovery of 81.5% spodumene concentrate grading 6.15% Li2O. The remaining 18.5 % lithium was lost in the spodumene scavenger tail, mica concentrate, combined slimes and cyclone overflow.
The standard lithium carbonate hydrometallurgical flow sheet (see below) was applied to the low iron concentrate sample produced by SGS Mineral Services. The objective of the exercise was to produce the first market sample of Li2CO3.

zu verbessern und einen Reinheitsgrad von 99,988% Lithiumkarbonat (Li2CO3) erreichen konnte. Die
Proben stammen aus dem zu 100% in Eigenbesitz befindlichem Georgia Lake Projekt im Thunder Bay Mining
Distrikt im Nordwesten Ontarios. Die vorläufigen Ergebnisse aus den metallurgischen Tests, bekanntgegeben
am 27. Juni 2011, ergaben eine Probe mit 99,96% Li2CO3.
Ein Hydrometallurgisches Standardfließbild wurde benutzt, einschließlich Konzentratlauge, primäre
und sekundäre Fremdkörperentfernung, Ionenaustausch, Lithiumkarbonatablagerung und Bikarbonatschönung.

Das Hauptziel des Testprogramms war festzustellen, ob eine hochwertige Lithiumcarbonat Probe von
drei konzentrierten Proben durch schwere Flüssig-Trennung (HLS) und Flotation generiert hergestellt
werden kann. Der erste Versuch produzierte ein Li2CO3 Produkt mit einer Reinheit von 99,963%. Nach
der Verarbeitung der Probe durch das Herausstellen des Bicarbonat, wurde ein Li2CO3 Produkt mit einer
Reinheit von 99,988% produziert. Obwohl die Spezifikation für die Lithiumcarbonat Reinheit zwischen
Batterie-Herstellern variiert, muss die Reinheit die 99,5%-Schwelle erreichen.
Die Proben wurden bei SGS Lakefield Mineral Services, unter der Leitung von Senior Metallurgen Massoud
Aghamirian, Ph.D. und Stephen Mackie, Ph.D, verarbeitet.

Zusätzlich zu den hydrometallurgischen Ergebnissen, ist das Unternehmen erfreut, die Ergebnisse der
restlichen 22 Bohrlöcher aus dem Wintersaison 2010/2011 Explorations-Programm, das fast 8.000 Meter
Diamant-Bohrungen auf dem Nama Creek und Conway Claim durchführte, bereitzustellen.
Höhepunkte der Bohrergebnisse sind wie folgt (die wahren Weiten der Bohrabschnitte können geringer
sein als die berichteten Abschnitte) und stehen im Einklang mit historischen Bohrergebnissen:
•§Bohrloch NC11-14 - durchschnitt 10,55m bei 1,22% Lithiumoxid (Li2O), 458 ppm Berylliumoxid (BeO)
und 854 ppm Rubidiumoxid (Rb2O); sowie vier kleinere Abschnitte 1 bis 3 m breit mit 0,35% bis 1,14%
Li2O und anomale Werte von anderen seltenen Metallen.
•§Bohrloch NS11-01 - durchschnitt 12,75 m mit 0,9% Li2O, 450 ppm BeO und 790 ppm Rb2O, eine zweite
Durchschneidung umfasst 2,25 m bei 1,0% Li2O, 341 ppm BeO, 116 ppm Nioboxid (Nb2O5) und 1.329 ppm
Rb2O.
•§Bohrloch NS11-02 - durchschnitt 4,12 m mit 1,37% Li2O, 459 ppm BeO und 993 ppm Rb2O, eine zweite
Durchschneidung umfasst 4,45 m bei 1,20% Li2O, 442 ppm BeO und 768 ppm Rb2O.
•§Bohrloch PL11-01 - durchschnitt 6,29m bei 2,0% Li2O, 400 ppm BeO, 111ppm Nb2O5 und 563 ppm
Rb2O.
•§Bohrloch CW11-09 - durchschnitt 10,25 m bei 0,9% Li2O, 315 ppm BeO und 1,029 ppm Rb2O.
•§Bohrloch NC11-07 - durchschnitt 6,70 m mit 1,39% Li2O, 423 ppm BeO und 988 ppm Rb2O.

Rock Tech erbohrt 1,25% Lithiumoxid über 8,66 Meter auf Georgia Lake
Vancouver, British Columbia, Kanada, 12. Dezember 2011 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIA; Pink Sheets: RCKTF) (das “Unternehmen” oder “Rock Tech”) freut sich, den ersten Teil der Probenergebnisse der zweiten Phase („Phase 2“) seines Explorationsprogramms auf seinem Georgia Lake Lithiumprojekt bekannt zu geben. Das Ziel von Phase 2 ist die Erweiterung der kürzlich bekannt gegebenen ersten NI43-101 angezeigten und abgeleiteten Ressource von 2,36 Millionen Tonnen mit 1,17% Lithiumoxid („Li2O“) respektive 4,36 Millionen Tonnen mit 1,08% Li2O.
Höhepunkte der Bohrergebnisse sind:
• 1,40% Li2O über 5,02 Meter, 0,95% Li2O über 3,91 Meter und 0,94% Li2O über 7 Meter in Bohrloch NC-11-15;
• 1,47% Li2O über 2,32 Meter, 1,05% Li2O über 4,83 Meter und drei weitere mineralisierte Durchschneidungen in Bohrloch NC-11-16;
• 1,25% Li2O über 8,66 Meter in Bohrloch NC-11-18;
• 1,15% Li2O über 6,69 Meter in Bohrloch NC-11-19;
• Zwei Durchschneidungen von 5,00 Metern mit 1,61% Li2O respektive 1,27% Li2O neben zwei weiteren mineralisierten Durchschneidungen in Bohrloch NC-11-22
• Zusätzliche anomale Li2O-Werte sowie Seltene Metalle inklusive Rubidium, Beryllium, Cäsium, Niob und Tantal wurden gefunden; weitere Details können der untenstehenden Tabelle entnommen werden.
Zusätzlich zu den Diamantbohrungen gehören zur Phase 2 des Explorationsprogramms auf Georgia Lake Schlitzproben entlang dreier weiterer Pegmatit-Gänge, die historische Li2O-Ressourcen beinhalten. Diese Pegmatit-Gänge sind bekannt als die Newkirk-, Line 60- und Conway-Pegmatit-Gänge. Diese Lithium führenden Pegmatite sind an der Oberfläche aufgeschlossen. Daher sollte das Schlitzprobenverfahren zu einer Vergrößerung der Ressource durch die Verbindung der Oberflächenzonen mit den durchschnittenen Zonen im flachsten Bohrloch in jedem Gang führen.
Die nächste Phase (“Phase 3”) des Explorationsprogramms des Unternehmens soll die Balance der historischen Ressource bestätigen.

QA/QC für das Herbstbohrprogramm 2011
Die Proben wurden vom Actlabs Vorbereitungsungslabor in Geraldton, Ontario, vorbereitet und dann ins Analyselabor von Actlabs in Ancaster, Ontario, zur Analyse geschickt. Actlabs ist durch ISO 17025 akkreditiert. Die Proben wurden durch eine Lithiummetaborat/Tetraborat-Verbindung aufgeschlossen und durch ICP auf Hauptelemente sowie durch ICP/MS auf Spurenelemente untersucht. Die Proben wurden durch eine Natrium-Peroxid-Verbindung aufgeschlossen und auf Lithium durch die Anwendung von ICP/OES untersucht.
Caracle Creek International Consulting (“CCIC”) hat Standard- und Blankproben in regelmäßigen Intervallen in den Probenstrom eingefügt, wobei jede zehnte Probe eine niedriggehaltige Lithium-Standardprobe, eine hochgehaltige Lithium-Standardprobe oder eine Blankprobe war. Zusätzlich war eine von zwanzig Proben ein Kern-Dublikat. Die externen Standard- und Blankproben haben die Qualitätskontrolle für alle in dieser Pressemitteilung erwähnten Bohrlöcher bestanden.
