das ist ja alles o.k. was ihr so schreibt / aber den Chart im Auge und das Gefühl zu handeln ?
keiner kann den Kurs vorhersagen - aber......!???!!!!

BSD Software signs agreement with Bell Canada Inc. to become an Inter-Exchange Carrier.
BOCA RATON, FL, June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BSD Software Inc. announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Triton Global Business Services Inc. has signed an equal access Inter-Exchange Carrier (IXC) agreement with Bell Canada Inc. Initial services will be offered in the Toronto and Montreal service areas beginning July 2004.
As an IXC carrier, Triton will now be able to offer multiple Network Service solutions to complement its core billing capability.
"This allows Triton to continue to offer its new and existing customers additional billing paths to complement their existing service offerings" explains Gordon MacLeod - Vice President Sales and Marketing for Triton Global. "Our core business is driven by the generation of call detail records, and through our initial rollout with our first customers we project the new service network will generate approximately half a million dollars per month in its introductory phase".

Was vielleicht nich so toll aber klar is, ist das die Aquisition in Aktien getätigt wird.
Das heisst das wir bald über 400 mio aussenstehende Aktien haben, also weitere Verwässerung.
Sicher gibs irgendwann mal einen Reverse-Split wenn Aktionäre zustimmen
Wenn der Kunde mit seinem Handy und Paperclick in aktion tritt und online geht, geht das über deren Netzwerk zwecks Gebührenabrechnung.

kunden (zahlende für die softw.) müssen nun die handyhersteller sein?
warum kunden?
Es ist für Mehrwertdienste via UMTS und Internet, denk ich mal.
Das hat dann mit deinem Provider nix zu tun, dort zahlst du nur die normalen Gebühren.
Online kannst andere Dienste nutzen die über deren Netzwerke abgerechnet werden.
Oder eben über installierte Programme wie Paperclick, die eine Inetverbindung automatisch aufbauen.
Sturm muß aber nich immer was positives bedeuten.
Schwierig ne Prognose für heut zu machen.
