Dear Investors,
I write this email to give you all an update on where the company stands at this time. We have received many inquiries and it is simply easier to write one email to everyone, to try and address each of the questions or comments.
As many of you are already aware, our shares MYRY were suspended in 2014 alongside 3 other companies for questions around the adequacy of our statements, as well as questions regarding our companies relationship with "ebola crisis"
The legal documents for this process is located below:

Initiating Petition Process
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/opinions/2014/34-73897.pdf
The first process sets the time frames for the petition process and documents times and dates as to when each party needs to respond and submit their arguments.

Part 2 of Petition Process

Final Myriad Response
We submitted our closing argument and response to the petition above and have completed the full petition process.
Final Decision
We are awaiting a final decision like all of you, and have not heard anything as of yet.
Financials
Our company remains fully reporting and we have filed our quarterly financial statements.
Despite the negative aspect surrounding our suspension, we have delivered our strongest quarter
yet and continue to operate Myriad as web development firm - like we always have.

Sadly, we regret losing our licensing agreement with Dr. Knizia
The suspension and inability to operate publicly has simply led to this project not being able to go forward. This disclose has been made in our recent 10Q.
All other development projects are complete, and we currently sit on a large code repository and project repository that we are evaluating the best course of action to take with these technologies in order to deliver further value from them.
The company continues to take on third-party projects and is looking at ways to eliminate debt and move forward.
Important Investor Notice
We cannot provide information that we do not have. Furthermore, we do not feel comfortable commenting on an on-going process that is available for the public to see. Investors are welcome to contact our corporate Attorney handing the petition process to ask any questions you like. We understand that you all have questions, but like many of you, at times we are in the dark and this process is really out of our hands.
Thank-you
Derek Ivany
