We received a voice mail this morning that our company shares have been suspended from the SEC because of our involvement in the Ebola industry.
We were hired by a third-party to build an app that happens to be within that sector. We were paid for this project by this third-party, and we properly disclosed this contract in our financials as we do with all other business dealings. As this is not a core technology of Myriad and simply a development project, as a Web Development firm we are shocked to find ourselves in this position. No one from the SEC made any inquiries to us and asked us any questions about the Ebola App, we simply find ourselves on a list with 3 other companies that are suspended for 10 days without any understanding why. We believe this is unfair to group us in with other companies as some sort of scam. We are in the darkness at this time as a lot of our shareholders. I have had talks with our largest shareholders and they are just as baffled as I am. I myself as CEO, only a couple of weeks ago purchased shares in the company to demonstrate my confidence in our projects and where we are going. At that time I felt we were under attack with our share price. I am not sure if those very people who were attacking our stock and knocking our market cap down have anything to do with the reason we find ourselves on this suspension list, but from our understanding this is a very bad territory to be in. We have tried our best to re-invest revenue and investment money into delivering new projects for shareholders and staying in exciting and emerging industries. We are deeply concerned about how we are supposed to keep our company alive and engaging for our investors if certain industries are simply too taboo for us to enter. In the past we entered the crypto-currency market, delivered products as promised and sold them as the sector died off. We started developing technologies for the medical marijuana sector that we thought was relevant but had to stop and pause it due to legal concerns that we would be in this exact position we are in now. It is very scary trying to build a real business in an environment where someone can simply turn off your lights without inquiry, and just because they don't like your project, or press release or me or whatever other reason there is behind it.
We will continue to do our best and fight for our shareholders. We are speaking to every advisor we have available to us to figure out what corporate actions we must take to prove ourselves, in fact we are ready to launch this Ebola tracking app right now if that needs be, but are waiting on advice about this. Today we received calls from many major news outlets, the company has provided comment on this, but was too late in responding to Reuters and the L.A Times. However we have responded to other major outlets. The company has also reached out to the SEC but the gentleman who contacted us was not available. We will continue to reach out to the SEC and whoever else is necessary to clear our name and demonstrate that we are simply a Web Development firm trying to build a business and keep our projects in the news.
Thank-you

Schade Schade Schade
