Metabolix Inc fällt heute 55% nachdem  das Telles Joint Venture gekündigt wurde.

Metabolix verfügt über sehr intressante  Bioplastics Chemicals Platform.

Intressanter Rebound Kandidat mit verdopplungs Potenzial-----Kurs Aktuell 2,65$  

das muss doch übertrieben sein. Hier wird sich der Kurs bestimmt erholen.

Metabolix, Inc. (Metabolix Inc Aktie) konnte im 3. Quartal 2011 den Nettoverlust von 10 Millionen US-Dollar und 0,37 US-Dollar pro Aktie vom Vorjahreszeitraum auf nunmehr 9,6 Millionen US-Dollar und 0,28 US-Dollar reduzieren. Das Betriebsergebnis in den ersten neun Monaten des Jahres belief sich auf 1,0 Millionen US-Dollar (Vorjahreszeitraum: 0,3 Millionen US-Dollar).

"Wir haben im Verlauf dieses Quartals gute Fortschritte gemacht und konnten den Erfolg unseres Produkts Mirel, einem Bioplastik mit umweltfreundlichen Eigenschaften international ausbauen. Für die Zukunft haben wir uns das Ziel gesetzt, diesen Vorsprung weiter auszubauen", so Richard Eno, Vorstandsvorsitzender und CEO von Metabolix.

Aber die da sehe ich nicht das Problem einen neuen Partner zu finden - das sind
die Produkte der Zukunft.


WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Metabolix, Inc. (MBLX) said Thursday that the Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM) has given notice of termination of the Telles, LLC joint venture for PHA bioplastics.

The effective date of the termination will be February 8.

Telles was established as a joint venture between Metabolix and Archer Daniels Midland

in July 2006. The joint venture sells PHA-based bioplastics, including Mirel and Mvera, in the US, Europe and other countries.

Archer Daniels Midland recently undertook a strategic review of its business investments and activities and made the decision to focus resources outside of Telles. The company indicated that the projected financial returns from the alliance were too uncertain. Folllowing the termination, Archer Daniels Midland will retain its manufacturing plant in Clinton, Iowa that has been producing Mirel resins for Telles.

All Metabolix technology that was used in the joint venture, including intellectual property rights, will revert solely to Metabolix. In addition, Metabolix will have no ongoing obligation under the ledger account which was funded by Archer Daniels Midland to finance the Clinton plant and certain Telles operating costs.

Wie das den bei Cash von 2,60 $ und  die ganzen Produkt IP die zurück gegen wird +
Schluss Zahlung.
Also darüber mache ich mir keine Gedanken.
