1522 tread ist eine soweit ich verstanden habe eine Gegenklage von T-Mobile weil
sie angeblich mit Samsong einen Vertrag haben und kein OTI Pateten benutzt haben.

Thread 1525 sagt das T-Mobile Geld geboten hat um aus der Klage zu kommen.
Halt zu wenig.

Also mir zu Hoch entweder mache ich eine Gegenklage obwohl ja im Sommer das Gericht
OTI recht gab das die Anklage zuläßig ist oder ich bezahle...  

da ich selbst in den US-Foren keine eindeutige Aussage zu dem Verfahren erkennen kann, verzichte ich lieber darauf, meine Englischkenntnisse zu vergewaltigen. Da meines Erachtens zu otiv vergleichbare Firmen wie spcb, wyy, ... ähnlich zurückgekommen sind, denke ich eher an einen Rückgang infolge der allgemeinen Verunsicherung wegen den Schwellenländern und Sicherung der Gewinne bei derzeitiger Marktlage. Mit den Jahren bin ich daran gewöhnt, denke aber, dass die Zukunft für otiv nie besser war.

Sehe ich genau so.
Im Augenblick leben wir von der Zukunft
und die zeigt meiner Meinung nach ,endlich mal in die richtige Richtung.
Das schöne dabei ist die Zukunftsaussichten sind nicht nur auf einem Standbein aufgebaut.
Diese Aktie wird vermutlich immer volatil sein.
Aber der Trend stimmt

Und das würde natürlich den Absturz von gestern erklären. Ich hätte wohl eher an 50 - 100 Mio. gedacht und das ist/wäre bei diesem enormen Markt ein fairer Werte für die Patente. Zweitens ist es üblich, dauerhafte Patentgebühren von ca. 5% vom Produktwert zu vereinbaren. Ich bin gespannt, was tatsächlich vereinbart wurde und ob das wirklich alles ist.  

Aber wenn der damals nicht genannte Käufer wie jetzt von SA behauptet Samsung war, stimmt die Größenordnung wohl überhaupt nicht. Auch sollte sich das Management zu dieser kursbewegenden Äußerung zu Wort melden.

Dazu fällt mir ein: ...ach wie gut das niemand weiß, das ich Rumpelstielzchen heiß  

auch einen Quartalsgewinn aufweisen, durch den Verkauf der smartID-Sparte oder wie seht ihr das? Sowas dürfte kurzfristig sicherlich nen Schub geben.

Zum Kurs lässt sich sagen, dass der Boden bei 2,90-95 sehr stark hält und wohl wieder genutzt wurde um günstig nachzulegen.  

ich rechne erst mit einem Gewinn in frühestens Q2. Also nicht zu entäuscht sein
wenns wieder mal nichts wird, aber wir sind ja Kummer gewohnt seit Jahren...

Aber die Richtung stimmt jedenfalls. Für mich ist immer noch Unklar was genau
an Samsung verkauft wurde. Verwirrend der ganze Prozess dürfte sich aber
irgendwie erledigt haben.

Ein Quartalsgewinn ist meiner Meinung nach nur mit der nächsten Zahlung von Supercom möglich. Aber wie du sagst: die Richtung stimmt

Interessant ist vor allem die Höhe der Schadenersatzforderung. Und das in Deutschland, wenn man bedenkt, daß in US schon für heißen Kaffee Mio.Beträge gezahlt werden.

Der deutsche Patentrechteverwerter IPCom GmbH hat den iPhone-Hersteller Apple auf Schadenersatz in Milliardenhöhe verklagt. Die Forderung beläuft sich auf 1,57 Milliarden Euro plus Zinsen. Der Verwerter wirft dem US-Konzern vor, mit seiner Mobilfunktechnologie ein Patent verletzt zu haben, wie das Landgericht Mannheim mitteilte.

(OTI) (NASDAQ: OTIV), a global provider of near field communication (NFC) and other cashless payment solutions, reported that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York has approved OTI’s motion to allow it to amend its complaint against T-Mobile to add indirect infringement (active inducement) of OTI’s U.S. Patent No. 6,045,043.
The case, alleging that T-Mobile near field communication (NFC) phones infringe OTI’s ‘043 patent was filed in March 2012 and is pending in the District Court for the Southern District of New York.

@Orion die cooperation mit Visa und Mastercard ist schon seit Jahren bekannt nur
hört man nichts davon. Glaube seit 2002 kommen immer solche Meldungen über
Visa und Mastercard. Nur Großaufträge gibt es keine....

-Visa und Mastercard vergeben keine Aufträge. Oti hat gemeinsam mit Visa und MC das "Ganze" entwickelt. Die Aufträge vergeben die Banken, Händler...
-jedes Equipment muß von Visa bzw. MC zertifiziert werden, damit es zur Zahlungsabwicklung... eingesetzt werden darf.
Überlege dir das mit dem Austritt!
