aber wenn es mehr wird bin ich auch nicht traurig. Mal sehen was die Zahlen sagen. müßten ja jetzt irgendwann kommen oder schon gekommen sein. Im Januar nach den Zahlen ging es ja richtig hoch. Jetzt auch wieder denke ich. Heute 23% ist die Vorstufe zu 1 E .

MPH sehe ich kurzfristig bei 0,80-0,95. Langfristig sind 1,5E wohl realistisch.

Anbei Bericht in ASX per 31.01.2000 veröffentlicht 08.02.2000.
Es wurden zum Vergleichszeitraum 427% Gewinnsteigerung gemeldet !
Der nächste Monatsbericht ist daher wohl nächste woche zu erwarten.
Wenn der genauso gut ausfällt, dann geht der Anstieg sicherlich noch rasanter. Momentan machen die Deutschen wieder den Kurs. Bei den Aussis ist merkwürdiger Weise fast kein Umsatz zu verzeichnen.

The directors of Magna Pacific (Holdings) Limited have reviewed
indicative management figures (unaudited) for the seven months to
31st January 2000 and are pleased to advise of the improved
performance. With the inclusion of abnormal items, the net profit
before tax will be in the vicinity of $950,000 up from $180,158 in
the previous corresponding period.

The result is a 427% increase in net profit before tax as compared
with the previous corresponding period.

The company has in excess of $3m in cash on deposit to pursue further
opportunities. Your directors will continue to keep the market fully
informed.

weiss. Es wird also eine Zuteilung der Optionsscheine (calls) zum strike von  0,70 A$ im Verhältnis 3:5 oder 4:5 geben. Natürlich wäre 3:5 schöner für uns. Der Kaufpreis wird 5 A-Cent betragen (ca. 3 E-Cent). Der Schein läuft in 3 Jahren aus. Welcher Ex-Tag zugrundegelegt wird, weiss ich noch nicht.
Aktueller Aussis-Kurs von MPH ist leider nur 74 Cent. Der Opti hat daher nur einen wert von 4 Cent, das wird aber bestimmt schnell ändern.
Ich würde allen dringend empfehlen, diese Scheine unbedingt zu kaufen, da sich bei solchen Aktien die Optionsscheine heftig nach oben entwickeln, wenn entsprechende Fantasie vorhanden ist. Gleiches habe ich bei ECAT vor kurzem gemacht. Dort ca. 25.000 Optis zu 1 Cent gekauft. Aktueller Kurs bei 0,16 - war aber schon auf 0,30 !!

Magna Pacific (Holdings) Limited (ASX Code: MPH) advises that its
board has resolved to offer a 1:1 non-renounceable entitlement issue
of options at an issue price of 5 cents per option to holders of
ordinary shares to raise in excess of $2m. The options will be
exercisable at 70 cents each anytime within the next three years.

The purpose of the option issue is to raise immediate funds for
investment purposes and to provide the Company with a potential
source of future capital if option holders exercise their options.

A Prospectus and accompanying entitlement and acceptance forms will
be sent to shareholders. Completed application forms together with
subscription monies are required to be lodged with the Company's
registered office.

This non-renounceable entitlement issue will not be underwritten and
any shortfall will be placed at the discretion of the Directors.

Immediately dates have been set the Directors will inform the market.

The Directors of Magna Pacific (Holdings) Limited would like to
advise that while the non-renounceable entitlement issue will proceed
it is now proposed that the ratio will be either 3:5 or 4:5. Existing
options are currently being exercised and the ratio will depend on
the final number exercised.

As soon as the dates are set your Directors will inform the market of
the final ratio. The issue price of the options will be 5 cents
exercisable at 70 cents per share within a three year period.

MAN ON THE MOON starring Jim Carrey in his golden Globe winning
performance (comedy), will debut in cinemas around Australia on
February 17.  Directed by Milos Forman and co-starring Courtney Love
and Danny DeVito MAN ON THE MOON will follow its theatrical season
with Magna releasing it through rental and sell through video
outlets.

Magna's cash resources have now grown to in excess of $3.5m to pursue
further opportunities.

möglich. Alle anderen können diese Scheine nur ganz normal an der Börse (wohl nur ASX) kaufen. Der vergünstigte Bezug für die bisherigen Aktionäre ist als Ersatz für die Ausschüttung einer Dividende gedacht. Damit spart sich das Unternehmen das Geld für die Dividende und macht gleichzeitig sogar Einnahmen durch den Verkauf der Optionen. Der Gesamterlös kann sich (siehe obige News) auf 2 Mio $ belaufen. Dieses Geld wird/soll dann wieder für weitere Investments genutzt werden. Nicht ausgeübte Bezugsrechte werden den MPH-Geschäftsführern zum Kauf angeboten. Ob ihr diese Optionsscheine kaufen könnt, hängt vom s.g. Ex-Tag ab. D.h., das nur die Aktionäre berücksichtigt werden, die die MPH-Aktie zu einem bestimmten Stichtag gehalten haben. Entscheidend ist dann die damalige gehaltene Stückzahl. Danach folgende Verkäufe oder Käufe sind dabei nicht relevant.

ob der Euro bei diesem Anlauf schon kommt, glaube ich nicht. Ich schätze eher, das Magna sich nun bis über 0,7 schraubt, dann bei 0,6 irgendwo einpendelt und in diesem Rhytmus weitermacht.
