Wieso ist der Kurs gestern von 0.009 auf 0.005 abgeschmiert trotz relativ guter News?  

Dear Investors and Interested Parties,

I am responding to today’s reaction from the market with disappointment as are all of us. However, I am hopeful. I believe whole-heartedly, and our Board of Directors agrees, that today’s decision was the right and best long-term decision for our company and its shareholders.

Our split was incomparable to massive reverse-splits where companies try to maintain their listing requirements with a 1 for 100 or larger reverse-split, which results in a 10,000% or greater reduction in investor shares. Whereas in our case, our 3 for 5 reverse (5 shares for 3 shares) is an incredibly more mild reduction of only 40%, which isn’t even significant enough to bring us back to pre-forward-split levels of a year ago, which is precisely what I spoke about on the webinar and in my recent shareholder letter.

It seems that the market wants us to stay a penny-stock forever. I believe now is the time for us to put our stake in the sand and refuse.

Today’s result lowered our market-cap by about 70% (post-split). If people really are investing on fundamentals for the long-term, wouldn’t a lower-price of a good company be a good thing? From my point of view, either people responded to fear and made a bad decision to sell on emotion or they chose to sell because they were never interested in a long position in the first place.

I would encourage you and all investors to stay focused on our improving fundamentals and your normal investment criteria. As a result of today’s selloff, the current price is 70% better for anyone who believes in our future.

I do feel badly regarding how the market swings. I feel the pain some of our investors have shared with me about their losses, as well as our employees are hold shares. What a tragedy! But you should know that approximately 75% of all trading in the past 3 days has either been short-selling or short-covering. I have a spreadsheet to prove it for anyone that wants to see. So, it’s important to understand this so that you can properly realize that half of today’s retail trading (1/2 of 25%) represents only about $110,000 in trading activity. Should that much trading change our market-cap by a factor of $15 million dollars or more?

I’ll make you all this promise. If we don’t produce stellar results for the quarter ending December 31, 2010, I promise to reduce my common stock ownership by 50,000,000 shares, just as I did for the 100,000,000 common shares I put back into the company treasuring on August 27, 2010. ein gutes ergebniss nach dem anderen, steigerung des umsatzes und tolle zahlen plus das umsatzstarke weihnachtsgeschäft vor der brust...da kann hier doch garnichts schief gehen...

Hier ist es doch nur eine frage der Zeit bis es hier zur Sache geht...konstant steigende Umsätze des Unternehmens, wenn das ein bischen mehr Aufmerksamkeit bekommt geht hier aber sowas von die post ab...

Mit 10 US Cent wäre ich sehr zufrieden ( lach ).  

Die Marktkapitalisierung liegt momentan bei 1.188.000,- Euro.
Ziemlich hoch oder ??
Egal, no risk no fun.
Vielleicht mal eine gute, erfolgreiche story eines Subpennys.
Ist aber wie ein Lottogewinn - sehr selten.  

Das ist schon extrem hoch.  

und Reverse splits sollen folgen.
Das wäre gut; ZB.: 10 alte shares für 1 neue : Kurs wäre dann bei 0,03 $
Dann wären es " nur noch " 445 Mio. Aktien.
Wieviele von den 4,5 Milliarden Aktien sind überhaupt frei handelbar ( Streubesitz ) und
wieviele Aktien halten die Investoren ?
Wer hat konkrete Zahlen ?

In Deutschland ist die Aktie noch nicht entdeckt worden.
Berechtigter oder unberechtigter Weise ?
Wie seht ihr die Chancen auf einen grossen Coup ?

Wenn hier in Deutschland ein bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit kommt denke haben wir super Perspektiven im nächsten Jahr. Das Unternehmen konnte in dem letzten Monaten Kooperationsverträge mit walmart schließen über den vertrieb der Spiele in den U.S.A. Besonders hier ist der grösste Markt für christliche Spiele durch die große katholische gemeinde in Amerika...das Unternehmen wächst zudem konstant im den Umsätzen und sollte bei fortlaufender Entwicklung sehr stark aufgestellt sein. Langfristig könnte es sogar Interesse von anderen puplishern geben um das eigene produktportfolio zu erweitern...
Ich freue mich auf 2011!!!

Reger Handel in US? Wir hatten vor 1 Monat das 3-fache Volumen!

Der Kurs war bereits bei 0,01€!!! Jetzt stehen wir bei 0,002€...

Ihr braucht euch also nicht wundern, wenn in D keiner handelt weil alle erstmal abwarten damit sie ihre teuer eingekauften Aktien wieder halbwegs gut loswerden.  

Hätte nicht gedacht, dass man heute um 17:29 Uhr 1.000.000 Stücke zu 0,002 € ins
bid wirft ( Stuttgart ).
Die Person hat wahrscheinlich zum Jahresende Verluste mit Gewinnen verrechnet.
Die 1 Mio. Stücke zu 0,002 € hätte ich auch gerne geschnappt und sie dann an der OTC mit
40 % Gewinn wieder verkauft.

Es sollen bald news kommen, dann sehen wir, ob es Verkaufserlöse gegeben hat.
Wenn die Umsatzzahlen wirklich stark angezogen haben, dann macht LFBG einen 300 %
Sprung an einem Tag - so wahr ich Kurshellseher heiße.
