Selected First Quarter 2023 Financial Results

Net Loss was $41.9 million for the first quarter 2023, compared to $10.4 million for the same period in 2022. The increase was primarily due to in-process research & development (IPR&D) expense of $29.6 million associated with the acquisition of Flame Biosciences.

hielt sich der Titel gut und das Minus in Grenzen. Obwohl nach über 100 Prozent in einem Monat eine Konsolidierung überfällig wäre. Scheint aber zum Liebling einiger Anleger geworden zu sein und jeder Dip wird aufgekauft. Mein durchschnittlicher EK sind hier 50 Cent. Wenn der Gesamtmarkt sich wieder bessert könnten bald Kurse von einem Dollar drin sein.

Nachdem die Aktie vor 3 Tagen bei ca. 5,20$ gestartet war, notiert sie nun rund 20% tiefer.  

Und nochmal über 20% runter. Auf dem Niveau ist die Aktie wieder einen Blick wert.

Die Zahl der ausstehenden Aktien dürfte ca. bei 25 Mio.  Stück liegen (durch die Flame Übernahme, siehe Posting #60). Die aktuelle MK liegt bei 44 Mio. $  

Die nächsten Katalysatoren werden in Q1/24 erwartet, also besteht noch etwas Zeit sich bis dahin zu positionieren. MK 35 Mio. $

Seit meinem letzten Posting ist LPTX in der Spitze bis auf 5$ gestiegen (+233%). Mittlerweile wurden diese Kursstände wieder größtenteils abgegeben. Mit 71 Mio. $ Cash zum Jahresende und einem Verlust von 81 Mio. $ in 2023 stellt sich auch die Frage nach der Cashreichweite bzw. zukünftiger Finanzierungen.
