John Menzies Nischenbediener und Übernahmekandidta

 

John Menzies plc (“Menzies”), the global aviation services business, is pleased to announce that it has agreed a £3.4m investment to acquire a minority equity stake, by way of a joint venture, in Guangzhou JFreight Aviation Logistics Supply Chain Co. Ltd (“JFreight”).

The joint venture will see Menzies manage and operate a new cargo terminal at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport in China, one of the world’s busiest airports, on behalf of the shareholders of JFreight. This investment creates a strong platform for Menzies in this attractive growth market and represents clear delivery against the Company’s strategic objectives of optimising its portfolio with a greater focus on cargo and expanding its geographical footprint into new markets. JFreight is experienced in artificial intelligence and robotics and has used its technical skills to create a smart terminal with an electronic interaction point with Chinese customs. The terminal has capacity to handle 120,000 tonnes annually. It is envisaged that Menzies’ initial focus will be on the handling of product related to the fast growing Chinese e-commerce market with the potential to expand into more general air cargo handling for airlines in the future.

menzies steht vor dem ausbruch nach oben läuft bereits seit 5 monaten seitwärts in den nähsten 2 monaten kann da was kommen richtung 5-6 € wären dann immer noch saubere 20-30 %

ich werde spätestens bei 5 € meine geld abziehen und nur noch mein Gewinn drin laufen lassen der ist dann ebenfalls beträchtlich und nehme damit risiko raus bleibe aber chansen mässig weiter angagiert  

jahr warten es hängt vorallem von der Entwicklung der Luftbronche ab  

Menzies lehnt Übernahmeangebot ab.

Ich erwarte weiterhin eine „Übernahme-Schlacht“ zwischen mehreren interessierten Parteien.
Kurs könnte nach meiner Schätzung kurzfristig bis auf  8 - 9 Euro ansteigen.

... bei €6,92 (EK: €1,65). Ein weiteres Drittel werde ich, wenn es denn wie angenommen läuft. bei €7,30 verkaufen und mit dem Rest "zocken", in der Hoffnung auf Kurse über €8,00.

das jetzt das angebot wieder vom Tisch ist , das problem Russland wird bleiben wen soviele Länder sanktionen plötzlich durchführen sind das Sanktionen die wohl bleiben werden das ändert auch die flugbronche weltweit wir werden weniger fliegen es wird teurer und es wird sich einiges ändert ich glaube das auch bald china dran ist mit Sanktionen der Westen will sich von der globaliserung trennen weil es gegen seine führungsinteressen läuft aber das ist sehr viel vermutung ich bin raus und hab etwas in gold weiter aufgestockt und Waffenindustrie
