mail vom 10.12.12
Betreff: RE: Delisting
10 December 2012 Corporate Update
Texas Oil and Mineral’s drilling activity continues. Four wells are being drilled before the end of 2012. Outcome will be posted on the website after drilling, logging and testing results have been thoroughly analyzed expected after the beginning of the year.
Shareholders have inquired about the financial status of Texas Oil and Mineral, Inc. The company has capital sufficient to continue operations into Q1 2013.
The new compliance rules of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange require companies to meet certain criteria and approval before December 15, 2013 or they will be delisted. Texas Oil and Mineral has not yet obtained the approvals necessary to remain listed on this exchange. If the company does not receive approval by the deadline, it, along with hundreds of other companies, will be delisted at that date. The company is exploring all options. It is assessing its financial structure and the possibility to re-list on the Second Quotation Board in 2013.
All future announcements, news and updates will continue to be posted on the website.
This update is expected to be posted on the German website shortly.
David Clark
CEO
Texas Oil and Mineral, Inc.
