Habe erste Order bei INOV eben reingedonnert, erstmal 6 Mio zu 0,0001 wieder! :)

meine Order ist noch immer nicht ausgeführt? Habe zu 0,0001 drin, ist doch korrekt oder ist da noch ne stelle? 0,00011?

bin wieder da musste arbeiten. Hatte gestern auch schon so ein Gefühl mit GWDL
übrigens ist der Internet BUS INTL (IBII) auch schon abgefahren.
Eigentlich sollte INOV von meiner Watchlist als erstes Starten um dann die Asche zu verstreuen, Jetzt schaut es so aus als ob es erst passiert wenn alle anderen schon gestartet sind. Viele sind es von den, ehemals 16 guten Werten in meiner Watch nicht mehr, die wo noch nicht Explodiert sind .Im Angebot habe ich noch TTRIF, USCI,ADVC,CMKX, IVOC & CYTK.

Sag mal, ich habe heute genau glatt zu 0,0001 geordert bei INOV, aber leider nicht bekommen? Die gehen doch nur noch zu 0,0001 übern Tisch? Oder ist der Kurs noch abgerundet? (0,00011 z.B)

GFYF habe ich den Rest heute doch zu 0,004 verkauft, steige später wieder ein.  

Im RB schimpft man über Blagys abzocke nun schon zum 4.mal Inove.
wiedermal 5MM. Ich denke, auf keinen Fall wird das Jahr so wie 03 verlaufen.
Nur Geduldig bleiben.
Es gibt schon wieder nen neuen Report vom 18.04. für 25$ den ich mir jetzt kaufen werde.

der MACD Indikator ist very Bearisch hier geht nur noch zu 0,0001 oder drunter bei Verkauf, Buchung kann bis 12:00 Morgen früh andauern. Oder hast Du 70 MIO geordert die Du auf der Tickliste heute nicht gefunden hast?

What does a fifth character " E" indicate for an OTCBB security?
The fifth character " E" on an OTCBB trading symbol indicates that NASDAQ does not have information which demonstrates that the issuer of the security is compliant with the filing requirements of Rule 6530, either because the issuer is delinquent in the required filings, has filed an incomplete filing, or, for non-EDGAR filers, because NASDAQ has not been provided a copy of the most recent filing.
The purpose of appending an " E" to the security symbol is to alert all interested parties that the security will be removed from the OTCBB unless evidence of compliance is provided prior to the end of the applicable grace period (30 days for EDGAR filers, 60 days for non-EDGAR filers). Anyone possessing evidence of compliance with Rule 6530 may provide that information by contacting the OTCBB Issuer Filings Department.


My company filed on time, why was an " E" added to our trading symbol?
Other possible explanations for an " E" on the trading symbol include:
The audit opinion is qualified or was not provided
No SAS-100 review was performed (quarterly filings only)
The required 302 Certification was not included in the submission to the SEC
The required 906 Certification was not included in the submission to the SEC
The filing header was incorrect. It is essential that the filing type, fiscal year end and period end dates are recorded correctly on both the cover page and the document tags.
If the certifications are missing from your filing, you should append your filing via EDGAR (you do not need to resubmit the entire filing, only the missing certification) and notify the OTCBB Issuer Filings Department to get the " E" removed. Please see the next FAQ for further instructions.


How do I get the " E" removed from my trading symbol now that my company filings are current?
In order to demonstrate compliance with Rule 6530 and get the " E" removed from an issuer's trading symbol, please call the OTCBB Hotline in the OTCBB Issuer Filings Department. Please leave the following information on the voicemail: your name and phone number, the company name and trading symbol, and filng type and date submitted. It is important to note that you will not receive a return call if your filing compliance is confirmed. Instead, you should check the Daily List for confirmation that your trading symbol will be changed to remove the " E" on the following business date. If compliance is not demonstrated before the publication time of the Daily List, approximately 2:00 PM, then it may not be possible to remove the " E" in time for the next trading day. In that case, you should check the Daily List the day after you call the hotline for notification that the symbol will be changed at the opening of the market on the second day after you made the call to demonstrate compliance.

How long does it take to get an " E" removed from my trading symbol?
Generally, it takes one business day after compliance is verified. However, depending on timing of the company's filing and verification by Nasdaq, it may take two business days.

Can an issuer reserve a symbol?
No, symbols may not be reserved for OTC securities, nor can we honor requests for specific issue symbols. Additionally, once a symbol is assigned, we reserve the 'right' to change the symbol should a Nasdaq applicant want to use it. There can be no guarantee that an OTC issuer will retain their symbol indefinitely.

Habe mir mal PCBM angeschaut die haben Outstanding 20 MIA und kommen auch von 0,0001$ die hatten wegen der hohen Aktienzahl einen ganz schön langen Leidensweg bis zu den 0,0006 heute, Da war nix mit 2000% an einem Tag so wie QBID.

also INOV habe ich heute wohl nicht bekommen, bei Comdirect erfährt man das immer bis zu 30 Minuten spätestens zeitverzögert! Hatte die Order um 20:30 etwa reingedonnert? Hm, mal schauen!

INOV hat 10 Mrd Aktien am Markt, aber 25 Mrd noch auf Lager, hoffe davon sind keine mehr an den Markt gegangen, dann werde aber Böse. Also mit 10 Mrd kann ich mir Kurse bis zu 0,018 vorstellen, wenn man mit Qbid vergleicht. Etwa 33% weniger Aktien. Also 0,002 sollten aber sicher schnell drin sein?

Ja auf jeden Fall, habe täglich abends den Wert beobachtet! Die haben ja auch gesagt, daß sie ein Aktienrückkaufprojekt starten wollen, hatte ich hier auch reingesetzt den Text.

Bei dem letzten Symbolwechsel damals, haben sie 5 Tage vor Fristablauf die Zahlen gebracht! Warum machen OTC Werte immer solche Wichse, kann doch nicht so schwer sein, Zahlen ab zu liefern. Ich habe selber in der Betriebsabrechnung eines großen Baukonzerns gearbeitet, ok manchmal mußte man sogar am Wochenende noch arbeiten, damit alles rechtzeitig abgegeben werden konnte.

Aber es ist so typisch für OTC! Dabei ist die Hälfte sowieso Betrug und fiktive Unternehmen. Briefkastenfirmen am laufenden Band!  

seit Wochen schon Gedanken wieviele Shares hat eigentlich Casavant am Markt.
Haben kurz mal aufgezuckt und jetzt das gleiche Spiel zu .0001 täglich 1-1,5 Mia Umsatz wie geht so was? haben die BID 0,0001 ASK 0,0001?

An was für Medien Inov gerade mitwirkt ob die Pornos produzieren all so Dinge würden mich im Moment unheimlich interresieren soweit ich Informiert bin haben die an "Schindlers Liste" mitgewirkt. Der Symbolwechsel erschwehrt jetzt naürlich noch die Informationssuche. Hast Du ne Homepage von der Bude ausser bikinvendig?
