iQ Power schließt Finanzierungsrunde für Betriebsmittel erfolgreich ab.
iQ Power Technology Inc. meldet den erfolgreichen Abschluss der am 2. Januar 2002 angekündigten Privatplatzierung von Aktien. Die überzeichnete Emission brachte dem Unternehmen einen Bruttoerlös in Höhe von US$ 617.500 ein.

iQ Power Finalizes 'MagiQ 100' Production and Market Launch Schedules

MUNICH, Germany, and VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 24 /PRNewswire- FirstCall/ --

iQ Power Technology Inc. (IQPR: OTC US Bulletin Board; IQP: Frankfurt) is pleased to announce that it has now completed its MagiQ 100 production scheduling with the initial pre-production run slated for mid- February. The MagiQ 100 will be the first intelligent vehicle battery produced in the world. Product suppliers to iQ Power include BASF, Texas Instruments, Eurodis, Febra, Smartec, and Schnapp. iQ Power expects to receive initial production in late February or early March and commence shipping product for application testing to customers shortly thereafter.

In light of the pending completion of the MagiQ 100 pre-production run, iQ Power is now actively increasing its marketing efforts. These efforts include negotiating for the use of the MagiQ 100 battery in existing and proposed vehicle lines, and the application of iQ's Smart Energy Management (SEM(TM)) systems in the next generation of automotive and non-automotive technology. In this regard, iQ is now engaged in concluding negotiations with several automotive manufacturers for the testing, adoption, and anticipated use of its MagiQ 100 smart battery in their high end vehicle lines and anticipates being in a position to announce testing and application orders over the next several weeks and months.

Primary work has also commenced on the application of iQ Power's Smart Energy Management (SEM(TM)) systems utilizing the MagiQ 100 battery for both the Daimler Chrysler ``X-by-Wire'' Consortium Project and the BMW DC-Bus Alliance.

in der nächsten woche wollen sie anwender für die intelligente batterie vorstellen und wenn dann folgeverträge kommen von daimler oder anderen namhaften herstellern, dann rollt der rubel so richtig, hab mir auch schon ein paar reingelegt, zwar zu 1,22 - aber ich denke das ist nicht zu teuer.

Wird einen guten Zock geben

iQ Power schließt Planungen für Produktion und Markteinführung der "MAGiQ 100” ab.
Die iQ Power Technology Inc. (WKN 924110) gibt bekannt, dass die Planungen für den Fertigungshochlauf der MagiQ 100 abgeschlossen sind und die Serienfertigung Mitte Februar anläuft. Die MagiQ 100 ist die erste intelligente Fahrzeugbatterie der Welt. Lieferanten an iQ Power sind unter anderem die Unternehmen BASF, Texas Instruments, Eurodis, Febra, Smartec und Schnapp. iQ Power erwartet die ersten fertigen Produkte Ende Februar/Anfang März und wird kurz danach mit der Auslieferung der iQ-Batterien an Kunden zu Testzwecken für unterschiedliche Anwendungen beginnen.

In Anbetracht des bevorstehenden Serienanlaufes der MagiQ 100 verstärkt iQ Power jetzt die Marketing-Aktivitäten.
