Und Infos gehabt.  Die Foren sind die heimlichen Verführer!

Und damit meine ich für mich eher eine Beeinflussung! Andererseits.ist ein wenn ehrlicher Schlagabtausch auch interessant. Nur messen sich oft unterschiedliche Kräfte. Und Leute die Kurse drücken wollen weil sie shorten ist eine unehrliche Kommunikation, und auch diese beeinflussen die Nichtinvestierten. Mist Spiel !

Das von der NicStic AG am 11.04.2006 angeführte Europäische Patent, mit der Anmeldenummer 04739123.0, Anmeldetag 03.05.2004, basiert in der Priorität auf die Anmeldung des Patentes aus Deutschland mit der Nummer DE 10321379.

Dieses Patent wurde nicht erteilt, daher ist eine Europäische Patenterteilung kaum denkbar.

Cobracrest AG & Co. KG aA hat zusammen mit der amerikanischen Metropolitan Worldwide Inc. die erste voll funktionsfähige „rauchfreie Zigarette“ mit Nikotin entwickelt. Dieses Produkt basiert auf einem neuartigen Energieträger, der bereits am 29.01.2006 beim Patentamt angemeldet wurde. Dieser wird benötigt, um die Zigarette auf die notwendige Temperatur vorzuheizen, damit das Nikotin im Filterdepot gelöst werden kann.

Die erste rauchfreie Zigarette der Welt wird unter dem markenrechtlich zu Gunsten der Cobracrest geschützten Namen „bel air“ auf den Markt gebracht und anlässlich der am 17.05.2006 stattfindenden Bilanzpressekonferenz der Weltöffentlichkeit in einer funktionsfähigen Testversion vorgestellt. Die Markteinführung ist für Anfang 2007 geplant.

Für die Weiterentwicklung bis zur Serienreife der Produkte konnte überdies Herr Holger Ronquist, Schweden, gewonnen werden. Herr Ronquist war CEO diverser
Sony/Ericsson-Tochtergesellschaften. Aufgrund seines ausgeprägten technischen

Q. What is Hoodia?

Known as Hoodia Gordonii or "Hoodia" for short, Hoodia is a Succulent botanical which resembles a "cactus" and is part of the Genus: Trichocaulon and belongs to the Family Name: Asclepiadaceae.

Q. Where do you get your Hoodia from?

We import 100% Hoodia Gordonii powder from an exporter in Cape Town, South Africa. Hoodia Gordonii is grown in South Africa under commercial cultivation in compliance with South African Government laws.

Q. What type of Hoodia do you use?

There are two types of Source materials available to manufacturers of Hoodia supplements. The first is 100% Hoodia Gordonii Powder and the second and more commonly used type is what is known as a 20:1 Extract.

When we were evaluating which type of Hoodia to use we begin to hear reports that the 20:1 Extracts were not as effective as the 100% powder and so while on the surface the term "20:1" sounds like a more potent blend of Hoodia this is not the case as some well known Weight Loss products have found out when they chose to use the extract.

We use 100% Hoodia Gordonii powder as we believe it to be the best source material to use if one hopes to realize the benefits that Hoodia can provide.
 
Q. I thought Hoodia was owned by one company and not commercially available?

This is absolutely incorrect. Hoodia has been around since God created the Heavens and the Earth. It has been used for thousands of years by tribes like the San Bushmen of the Kalahari.

Several years ago a group of South African Scientists discovered that the plant contained a previously unknown molecule, which they dubbed "P57".

They sold the rights to their research to the British Pharmaceutical company called Phytopharm (see source). which developed a extract of the plant and began clinical trials.

In 1998, the Pfizer corporation took interest in the product and reportedly paid in the neighborhood of up to $32 million for the right to the research from Phytopharm. (see source).

Word has it that they backed out at some point and the rights reverted back to Phytopharm who continues to pursue developing a commercial extract of Hoodia Gordonii.

The Hoodia Gordonii plant can take several years to grow and because it is a rare plant which grows in the wild, a number of growers saw the commercial potential in this plant and setup farms whereby they began to commercially develop the rare plant in order to be able to provide sustainable quantities of the material to consumers.

We work with licensed exporters of Hoodia Gordonii who work under permit from the South African Government.

Q. What ingredients are used in Desert Burn™?

100% Hoodia Gordonii Powder which is encapsulated into 750mg capsules, 60 to a bottle.

There are two minor trace ingredients which are present in 99% of all Nutritional Supplements which are added in a very minute amount as excipients.

Gelatin which is a standard ingredient used to make the capsule and Magnesium Stearate and Stearic acid are minor excipients added to the process to enable encapsulation to occur smoothly. Take a look at the back panel of the product.

Q. So you use Real Hoodia Gordonii Powder but how much of the active molecule in "P57" is present?

This answer is unknown. We plan to conduct clinical testing to see if this can be quantified when tests are available that can easily identify the molecule. What is generally believed is that "More" is better with the Hoodia Gordonii plant and this is why we decided to offer double the amount of Hoodia capsules than most competitors and we advocate consuming between 3-4 grams of powder per day for best effect.

Q. Am I guaranteed to see a "appetite suppressing" effect by taking your product?

The anecdotal reports certainly look promising but we cannot make any claims as to the efficacy of Hoodia Gordonii, only that we strive to offer you the best source material currently available.

Düsseldorf (ots) - Der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende der Cobracrest AG&Co. KG aA (Nachrichten/Aktienkurs) Herr Charles Ries ist am 04.11.2005 zum neuen Vorstand der AEE AG (Nachrichten) (WKN 820250) ernannt worden. Die Cobracrest Associates Ltd. Mit Sitz in London ist als neuer Hauptaktionär eingetreten und wird bis Januar 2006 die neue Ausrichtung der AEE AG vorbereiten. Die Ernennung von Herrn Ries zum neuen Vorstand der AEE AG geht dieser Neuausrichtung voraus.

Cobracrest AG & Co. KG aA bringt rauchfreie Zigarette Bel Air in Beteiligung ein

Börsennotierte AEE AG verantwortete Markteinführung und steht vor Umbenennung

Berlin, 02. Mai 2006. Cobracrest AG & Co. KG aA sowie der Hauptaktionär Cobracrest International Inc., USA, und der Projektpartner Metropolitan Worldwide Inc., USA, planen die in ihrem Besitz befindliche Patentanmeldung der ersten rauchfreien Zigarette mitsamt aller Rechte nach Start der Serienproduktion in ihre Beteiligung AEE AG, Hameln-Karlsruhe, WKN 820250, einzubringen. Cobracrest AG & Co. KG aA und Cobracrest International Inc., USA, halten die Mehrheit der AEE-Aktien.


Weiter beabsichtigt das Berliner Unternehmen die AEE AG in Bel-Air AG umzubenennen und dessen Unternehmenssitz nach Berlin zu verlegen. Die In Gründung befindliche Bel-Air Lifestyle AG mit Sitz in ZUG, Schweiz, als 100-prozentige Tochter der Bel-Air AG, vertreten durch die Vorstände Rüdiger Biwer und Bernd J. Schmidt, wird die weltweiten Retail- und Direkt-Vertriebsaktivitäten steuern.

Cobracrest AG & Co. KG erwägt die entsprechenden Beschlüsse nach der für den 17. Mai 2006 angesetzten Pressekonferenz in den Gremien der Cobracrest International Inc., USA, und der Cobracrest AG & Co. KG aA zu treffen.

Die Einbringung der „rauchfreien Zigarette Bel Air“ sowie die Umbenennung der AEE AG in Bel Air AG soll den Aktionären der AEE AG auf einer außerordentlichen Hauptversammlung vorgeschlagen werden.

Ungeachtet dieser Planung konzentriert sich die Cobracrest AG & Co. KG aA auf ihre Kernkompetenz im Bereich Beverage und treibt den Relaunch Clubber energy und Clubber sugarfree voran.

Warum kommt die Zigarette in einen eigene AG?? Zu ungewiß der Patentkampf??

 

Unter der Webseite findet man nur noch als Adresse die US Gesellschaft. War gerade unterwegs und daNN im Internetcafe; UND fand auf der CC Webseite folgendes  als Kontaktadresse.

Ich fragte einen unbeteiligten Freund, was er meine, warum die Deutsch Firma nicht mehr drinstünde.

 

Die Antwort war:

 ganz einfach, weil der ganze Laden den Amis gehört.

Genau meine Rede, die ganze Zeit. Aber viele Schreiberlinge und Investierte und Interessierte, haben es immer noch nicht kapiert.

Eine Frage bleibt, wer steckt hinter Carlyle Inc.. Wer verbirgt sich dahinter!?

 

Und warum wird die rauchfreie Zigarette in die AEE eingebracht?

 

getestet, gesotten und geröstet. Ich würde durchhalten, jetzt raus, halte ich für dumm, nur meine pers. Meinung.

Ich habe nicht immer die Zeit, die Fakten hier  reinzustellen.

 

Wenn CC so ist wie die Invetierten, dann muß ich mir wirklich Sorgen machen.

Bekanntmachung gemäß § 23 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 des Wertpapiererwerbs- und Übernahmegesetz (WpÜG) Die Carlyle International Inc., USA, ("Bieter") hat am 14.03.2006 die Angebotsunterlage für das Angebot an die Aktionäre der Cobracrest AG & Co. KGaA, Berlin, (Cobracrest AG") zum Erwerb der von ihnen gehaltenen, auf den Inhaber lautenden Stammaktien in Form von nennwertlosen Stückaktien der Cobracrest AG (WKN AOAHTE) ("Cobracrest-Aktien") veröffentlicht. Die Angebotsunterlage ist im Internet unter www.cobracrest.com und www.cobracrest.us abrufbar.

Die Frist für die Annahme des vorgenannten Angebots endet am 30. Juni 2006, 24.00 Uhr MESZ.

Es wurden an den Handelsplätzen bisher zusätzlich 487.000 Aktien erworben, die den Bestand seit Abgabe der Angebotsunterlage entsprechend erhöhen.

Zusätzlich wurden bis zum 01.05.2006, 20 Uhr MEZ, bereits 808.993 Aktien zum Umtausch in eine der Umtauschvarianten angemeldet.

Mit Tag der Abgabe der Angebotsunterlage entfallen auf die Bieter unmittelbar insgesamt 86.422.345 Cobracrest-Aktien.(Dieser Anteil erhöht sich mit Beginn der Übernahme der zum Umtausch angebotenen Aktien) Dies entspricht einem Anteil von rund 86 % des Grundkapitals und der Stimmrechte der Cobracrest AG.

Die Gesamtzahl der Cobracrest-Aktien belaufen sich derzeit auf 100.454.000 Aktien.

10.574.000 Aktien unterliegen strenger "Lock up" Verpflichtungen. Diese Aktien sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. 1.595.000 Aktien halten Aktionäre die bereits unwiderruflich bestätigt haben, in der Cobracrest Deutschland investiert zu bleiben. Auch diese Aktien sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen.

Die Carlyle hat, ohne die 808.993 zum Umtausch angebotenen Aktien, mittlerweile 99.078.345 Aktien von gesamt 100.454.000 direkt oder indirekt unter Kontrolle. Das Übernahmeangebot richtet sich demnach an die Aktionäre die über den jetzt noch bestehenden restlichen Freefloat von 566662 Aktien halten.

Was bekommst du eigentlich von Cobra für deine Tätigkeit? So ein PR-Mann macht das doch nicht umsonst. Ich hoffe, dass du nicht in Aktien bezahlt wirst, denn die rauschen gerade in den Keller. Der nächste Skandal scehint sich anzubahnen!  

Ich kann Euch alle beruhigen. Ich hänge nicht von meiner CC Investition ab. lol  

verrückt. Anders kann ich mir die Umsätze nicht erklären.

 

@smex, einfach mal eine Anfrage bei CC stellen, da werden sie geholfen.

 

Wann wird endlich der US Wert gelistet?? Und noch hat die US AG keine Tel.Nr. und keine Fax Nr..

 

 

dann gibts ein mathematische Fiasko.

 

Geht man davon aus, dass viele Aktionäre nochmal nachgekafut haben, und diese noch nicht zum Umtausch deklariert haben, und  einen Teil davon in Aktien tauschen wollen.

 

Ja das hat sich CC selbst zuzuschreiben.

Ich werde meine neuen Aktien (welche Anzahl?), ich habe wirklich null Ahnung. auch deklarieren, ich schlage folgendes vor, ich teile mit, meine vorheriger Auftrag ist gestriechen, hiermit erteile ich eine neue Weisung über:

und jetzt wird es auch zeit langsam die Aktien zum Autausch zu deklarieren, wenn man das möchte bei dem UIS Wert dabei zu sein. Ich baue allerdings eine Klausel ein, für den Fall, dass bis 30.6.06 kein Listing stattgefunden hat.
