HumWare Media Corp. to Deliver Evans Systems, Inc. Stock Dividend to All Shareholders of Record as of July 31, 2007
Dividend Part of Agreement for Evans Systems to Market and Sell Boondoggle Sports Network Internationally
GOLDEN, Colo., July 23, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) is pleased to announce that the Company will offer a dividend of restricted Evans Systems Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVSY) stock to its shareholders of record as of July 31, 2007. The Company is receiving the shares as payment for Evans Systems acquiring the rights to market and sell the Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN) outside of the U.S.
Evans Systems, Inc. has begun to market the BSN to a growing number of countries with increasingly large sports audiences. Evans Systems' initial focus has been on establishing a presence in the United Kingdom by signing a deal with Quizzing Ltd., the country's largest trivia provider. Over the last several years, interactive quiz games have increasingly become a direct competitor to the more traditional European pub games. Quizzing expects to launch a trial of BSN in the UK during the second half of this year.
"We feel this has been a great opportunity to expand the Boondoggle Sports Network to a much wider audience, and bring trivia games in the U.K. and Europe into the digital age. The acquisition of the international rights to the BSN has provided the Company with a way to give back to our shareholders," stated John Huemoeller, CEO of HumWare Media Corp.
HumWare Media Corp. shareholders of record, as of July 31, 2007, are expected to receive 1 share of restricted Evans Systems, Inc. stock for every 70 shares of HMWM they own as of the record date. HumWare Media Corp. shareholders will maintain their stock ownership of HMWM and, in addition, will receive shares of Evans Systems, Inc. Humware shareholders of record, as of July 31, 2007, must have at least 10,000 shares in HumWare Media Corp. to qualify.

Wie immer alles nur meine Meinung und was ihr daraus macht ist euere eigene Entscheidung!!!
GOLDEN, Colo., July 25, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) announced today that the Company has signed a joint venture and national sponsorship agreement with TextaSport, LLC that could potentially generate millions of dollars in revenue from $.99 text message entries into sporting event contests.
TextaSport is a new premium text messaging company that plans to run over 50 major sporting event contests with HumWare Media Corp. as the Title Sponsor over the next 6 months starting with the NASCAR Sharpie 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway on August 25 and concluding with the Super Bowl on Feb 3, 2008. TextaSport has contracted with Air2web to deliver the contests through TextaSport's short code 94926. TextaSport is planning a multi-million dollar media buying campaign across television, cable, and radio networks to promote the contests.
Contests will vary from answering trivia questions such as "Who holds the record for touchdowns on Monday Night?" in conjunction with a Monday Night Football game, "What will Dale Earnhardt Jr's new number be next year?" for NASCAR races, to voting on "Who will be the Super Bowl MVP?" Participants enter using their cell phones to win prizes such as trips and tickets to various events and are then charged $.99 from their mobile carrier.
The agreement calls for HumWare Media to receive national sponsorship rights and a percentage of the revenue generated. TextaSport ads will also be run across HumWare Media Corp.'s Boondoggle Sports Network in sports bars and restaurants and HumWare will provide web entry services.
"We are extremely excited about this agreement with TextaSport because of current trends related to premium text messaging campaigns showing that people love watching events on TV and answering various polls with a premium text to win a prize. This is wonderful news for our shareholders," stated John Huemoeller, CEO of HumWare Media Corporation.
