Innovative Health Sciences Signs Exclusive Contract to Bring New Fitness Product to Market
CLEARWATER, FL -- (Marketwire)
Innovative Health Sciences, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IHSN) announced today that it has signed a contract to acquire the exclusive worldwide rights to market a revolutionary new fitness product. Innovative Health Sciences also said it is close to finalizing a deal with a celebrity TV spokesperson and fitness enthusiast to promote the product through infomercials and live shopping channels.
"Our lightweight, versatile and portable fitness product under contract makes exercising fun and exciting again and can be used literally anywhere. This product is somewhat similar in design and construction as the Thighmaster but much more diverse. Not only does our piece of equipment work the inner thigh, but it tones and tightens the outer thighs, the abs, shoulders and arms," said Chris Winter, President of IHSN.
"Considering that the Thighmaster has sold millions of units since the early '90s, we are very excited to launch our product using a similar, highly successful marketing model. Our award-winning production staff and TV talent have a reputation of creating infomercials that solicit a 'must have' consumer response. We are working diligently to complete each step in the process to deliver a winning product launch later this year," concluded Winter.
According to the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association (SGMA), consumer/retail spending for exercise equipment accounts for nearly 80% of the $4.2 Billion exercise equipment market, which is expected to increase 7.6% this year. IHSN's recently acquired Harrington Multi Media Marketing, Inc. ("HM3"), whose principals have over 60 years of combined direct response success, will manage the marketing and promotional aspects of the product. IHSN is initially targeting females, Baby Boomers, and the rehabilitation markets. Since the equipment is suitable for various ages and fitness levels and does not require electricity to operate, IHSN expects to attract a much broader demographic on a global scale.
