sie wird also noch gehandelt.  

Die Umsätze steigen, gleichzeitig gehen die Verluste
etwas zurück.
Das scheint den ganzen Dope Bereich zu betreffen,
auch andere Firmen mit herben Verlusten.
Vieleicht eine politische Entscheidung, warten wir
es ab.  

Schon wieder in den Miesen, schön ist das nicht.  

Nun geht es ja wieder, das Zeug ist nicht gut
für die Nerven, ich mein die Aktien.  

Growlife wurde heute in den USA aus dem Handel genommen.

Der Grund wurde noch nicht veröffentlicht - man munkelt aber das der Kurs höchstwarscheinlich negativ manipuliert wurde in den letzen Tagen (im yahoo Forum)

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension,
pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"),
of trading of the securities of GrowLife, Inc. ("PHOT"), of Woodland Hills, California at
9:30 a.m. EDT on April 10, 2014, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on April 24, 2014.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of PHOT because of
questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of information in the
marketplace and potentially manipulative transactions in PHOT?s common stock.

The Commission acknowledges FINRA?s assistance in this matter.

The Commission cautions brokers, dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that
they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently
available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.

Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11
under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may
be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the
rule. If any broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not he has complied with
the rule, he should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff in the
Division of Trading and Markets, Office of Interpretation and Guidance, at (202) 551-
5777. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, he
should refrain from entering quotations relating to PHOT?s securities until such time as
he has familiarized himself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been
met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation that is in violation of the rule, the
Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.

ich verkauf sicher nicht, die machen ja gutes Geschäft. Vor allem bei den Millionen zukünftigen Homegrownern.  

Difference Between PHOT and CANN

"...There are questions regarding whether certain undisclosed affiliates and shareholders of Advanced Cannabis' common stock engaged in an unlawful public distribution of securities" - CANN

"...accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace and potentially manipulative transactions in PHOT’s common stock" - PHOT

These two statements are completely different. CANN's talks more in-depth with their company participating in unlawful measures. PHOT's talks about MM within the stocks which is something we have all assumed was happening already. Maybe they're finally looking into what we asked for and this is a GOOD thing. PHOT needs to release a statement ASAP

Hat der Präsident von Growlife 700k seiner Aktien veräußert was ~5.4% von 13Mil entspricht... Utopisch einen fall von -50% nun vorherzusagen  

Beo Yahoo wurden wohl ein paar Infos rausgetickert. Growlife verfügt halt über eine breite Palette. Sie haben halt - wie ich schon  sagte - ein super Marketing:)!

Ich glaube da gibt es nicht mehr viel zurück.
gestern hieß es 2 Wochen Sperre, heute sind es drei.
in den USA bereiten Rechtsanwälte Sammelklagen vor. Betroffene können sich dort kostenlos registrieren.
Sie arbeiten auf Erfolgshonorar.
Die ersten Firmen haben ihre Verträge gekündigt,usw.

Wieder zurück zum Thema:

CANN ist seit heute wieder handelbar, mit Verlusten von aktuell -35% in den USA wenn man die Aktie vergleichen will mit PHOT...  

halte ich Growlife für die seriöste. Die Leute werden definitiv mehr anbauen, Firmen sowieso und die verkaufen das Werkzeug dazu.

Bitte es soll soweit sinken wie möglich ich kauf nach. Am besten wieder auf 0,05.  

Ist Growlife gecrasht??? NEIN Sollte man sich manch anderen Wert ansehen...  

Growlife hat als einzige Potstock nicht an signifikant an Wert verloren. Da will jemand billig kaufen, stecken doch alle unter einen Decke.
