Razorfish Goes Global With Broadband/Future TV Group; Company Strengthens Broadband/Future TV Efforts With Global
Expansion Headed by David Jensen
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 2000--Razorfish Inc. (Nasdaq:RAZF), the digital solu!ions provider, today
announced the global expansion of its Broadband/Future TV group with the appointment of David Jensen as global
managing director, Broadband/Future TV.
Jensen's appointment continues Razorfish's investment in content development, broadband distribution, and the research,
development and deployment of interactive television (ITV) and enhanced television (ETV).
Jensen will take charge of the company's global broadband and Future TV operations, with strategic offices located in New
York, Los Angeles, London and Stockholm. Additionally, Razorfish named Jill Lindeman in London and Chris Kilmer in New
York to head the company's Broadband/Future TV units in those markets.
Signaling a new phase in the evolution of convergent media, Razorfish is taking broadband distribution and Future TV -
Razorfish's term for that time when broadband permeates the television environment, encompassing ETV, ITV, smart TV,
T-commerce and time-shifted television -- from the research and development studios and into the worldwide
marketplace.
The new appointments are a part of that transition. Razorfish's Broadband/Future TV group delivers high-performance
experiences to personal computers, television and wireless/mobile screens in the form of convergent, interactive,
broadband content.
With clients in traditional media and entertainment as well as in non-traditional media categories such as financial services,
healthcare, information communications, consumer goods, travel & leisure and transportation, the group provides solutions
that transfer brand assets to the digital environment.

(NASDAQ: RAZF), the global digital solutions provider, today announced the acquisition of the German e-business solutions provider Medialab AG. The Munich-based company is recognized throughout Germany for its strong strategy consulting, back-end technology capabilities, and advanced Web design work. The company, founded in 1990, employs 55 people in total, all of whom will join Razorfish.
The acquisition is valued at approximately 9.4 million. Razorfish will issue 446,080 shares of common stock and make a cash payment of approximately 1.4 million.
"The addition of Medialab increases our presence in the high growth German market," said Karsten Xander, managing director of Razorfish AG. "Medialab enhances our ability to offer our complete set of professional services, including wireless and broadband solutions, to an expanded client base."

Was mir nicht so gut gefällt ist derzeit noch der Chart,wenn Du auf 3Monatschart gehst ist der MACD weit unter Null,die Stochastic gerade wieder im Fallen und der Kurs unter der 13-Tagelinie,nur der letzte Candlestick war positiv.Aber sollte man sicher auf die Watchlist nehmen oder nieriges Limit einlegen.Wenn ich mich recht erinnere,hatte sie Ariva mal im Musterdepot beim Börsenspiel.Das war allerdings vor dem Sturz.
The company expects that revenues for the third quarter will be approximately 77-78 million, an increase of 1-2 over revenues of 76.6 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2000. On a per share basis, the company expects that net income before amortization of intangibles (cash earnings) will be between 0.01 and 0.04 compared to 0.08 for the quarter ended June 30, 2000.

Ich werde jetzt Aktien Aktieb sein lassen ind erst wieder einsteigen wenn sich die gesammte Stimmung in USA sowie in Europa wieder gebessert hat,was solls wenn ich 10-20% der einstiegskurse verpasse aber dann braucht man wenigstens nicht jeden Tag (auch bei bluechips) nicht damit zu rechnen mit abschlägen von 50% und mehr bestraft zu werden.
