Fuelstream, Inc. (OTCQB:FLST) ("Fuelstream" or the "Company") announced  today that it has wire transferred $124,600 to Peak One Opportunity  Fund, L.P. ("Peak One") to redeem the unpaid balance and required  premium of that certain convertible debenture issued on February 1, 2013  to Peak One. The redemption is part of the Company's ongoing efforts to  deleverage and improve its balance sheet. Peak One has disputed the  Company's attempt to redeem $11,000 of the principal amount of the  debenture. The redemption, once effected, will result in Peak One no  longer holding any debt securities of the Company.

Commenting on the redemption, Robert Catala, the Chief Executive  Officer of the company stated "The redemption of the Peak One debenture  represents a positive step forward in reducing the Company`s  liabilities, as well as potential overhang on the Fuelstream stock  price. We will continue to pursue additional ways to restructure and  reduce our debt obligations along with our development of additional  revenue opportunities to improve the financial health of the Company  going forward."

UNRISE, Fla., Aug. 8, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fuelstream Inc. (FLST)  "Fuelstream" or the "Company") announces that Global Airways,  Headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa, has appointed Fuelstream as  their U. S Representative for their scheduled service to Miami,  Florida. Fuelstream will be responsible for the following: evaluating  and recommending ground handling companies, caterers, crew  transportation and services, coordinating with cargo handlers, serving  as the GSA for cargo in Miami, working with the Aviation Department on  gate assignments and ticket counters, working with all government  authorities ( TSA, Customs, Immigration and local police) to ensure  compliance. Ron Finger, Managing Director of Global Airways stated, "We  will be relying heavily on the staff of Fuelstream for these services  but the most important service is sourcing the jet fuel that we will  require, which is approximately 1,800,000 gallons a month. Without the  fuel there would be no service." This route will be operated with Airbus  A-330 long range aircraft.

SUNRISE, FL - (Marketwired - 21. Nov 2013) - Fuelstream, Inc. Zusaetzlich besteht die Vermutung dass neue Kundenvereinbarungen gemeldet werden. Die 1 mio. Kreditline fuer Flugzeugbenzin wird ja schliesslich fuer irgendetwas benoetigt und da fast alle Kunden per prepaid betankt werden reichen die 1 mio. fuer ganz schoen viele Fluege. :)

Fuelstream, Inc. (OTCQB: FLST) (“Fuelstream” or the “Company”) announced announced today that it has signed a term sheet with NuVenture Lending, LLC, a Salt Lake City-based financier, to provide the Company a revolving line of credit of up to $1.0 million for purchases of airline fuel for resale to customers. The term sheet is subject to customary due diligence by the lender, whose representatives intend to make a site visit to the Company’s Florida headquarters on Friday this week. If the due diligence and site visit are satisfactory to the lender, the Company expects to execute definitive agreements concerning the line of credit one to two weeks thereafter.

Commenting on the proposed transaction, Thomas McConnell, Fuelstream CEO, said: “We welcome the opportunity to secure additional credit facilities to expand our business and add to the number of flights Fuelstream can service. An additional line of credit will facilitate increased sales activity and greatly assist in the Company’s growth and development.”

- asher soll angeblich seine letzten shares auf den markt schmeissen - wenn eine News kommt das dieser toxic credit erledigt ist dann reagiert der markt sicher positiv !!
- zahlen sollen bald kommen - wobei hier interressant werden koennte ob die umsaetze signifikant gestiegen sind.
