Bodenbildung ist für mich abgeschlossen und IMO wird es mit Konsolidierungen gegen Norden gehen wenn jetzt die nächsten positiven NEWS kommen.  

Ob ich nachlegen soll... Hab aber ein ungutes gefühl das es noch nicht der boden war ist  

Weil die ma200 durchbrochen wurden der kurs hat es heut bestätigt downtrend  

Ohne dir tips zu geben,Aber ich persönlich hätte noch bis morgen gewartet aus dem grund weil freitag viele zocker ihre einsätze raus nehmen übers wochenende somit kann man oftmals bessere kurse dawischen

Alles kann nix muss :-)  

FXCM haben ja angekündigt das sie zwischen 24-48 Stunden Stellung beziehen wollen bzw. weitere Infos folgen sollen, das würde bedeuten spätestens Morgen.
Wenn hier ne Meldung kommt das evt. im mittleren bis höheren zweistelligen Bereich Gelder geflossen sind im Nachschuss durch die "high roller" dann geht die Aktie steil, da dann mit der Veräußerung durch nicht Kernrelevanten Firmenteile in Höhe von bezifferten 70 Mio dann evt. schon die Hälfte evt. mehr abgedeckt bzw. rückgeführt werden kann.

Die 2 USD sind super besetzt, die 2,20 schon zum wiederholten Male getestet und bestätigt.  

Mit den 24-48std. Es war kein report z.b 8k sondern nur ne bekanntmachung, so ist fxcm nicht verpflichtet ein statement in diesen zeitraum abzugeben  

FXCM bringt fast immer die Meldungen im pre oder im after-market und da ist dann kaum noch Spielraum um höhere Stückzahlen einzufahren.

Wie geschrieben IMO ist der Boden gefunden und bestätigt und der Einstieg technisch bestätigt.  Die Aktie ist stark oversold und es gibt kein Szenario, außer paar extreme shorts die einen Kurs unter 2 USD gerechtfertigen würden.  

hat sich doch nur darauf bezogen, dass FXCM in diesem Zeitraum die Negativbalance der Traderaccounts ausgleicht ( aber eben nur von den 90% der Trader)  

passiert wird man sehen. Ich hab versucht was über die sog. "Master Trading Agreements" herauszufinden, in denen geregelt sein soll das FXCM die Negativbalance institutioneller Trader NICHT ausgleicht. Hab in dieser Hinsicht aber noch nix gefunden.  

und die anderen sind die 10% die 60% der Belastung tragen und der Institutionellen Seite zugeordnet werden, die wiederum in der Lage sind nachzuschießen und somit die Geschäfte mittelfristig auszusitzen.
Sollten hier kurzfristig entsprechende Mittel zufließen ist das hier eine wahre Kursbombe die explodiert und wenn so eine Meldung kurzfristig Vor oder Nachbörslich gebracht wird hat man keinerlei Möglichkeiten mehr entsprechend zu handeln.
Dann heißt es investiert zu sein oder nicht.... IMO  

Dann würde ich die sichere variante wählen und lieber 10-20cent im aufstieg verlieren als mit dem risiko beim zweitkauf den schlechteren kurs zu erwischen... Werde mich heut auch wieder auf die lauer legen,muss mich leider wiederholen chart schaut gar nicht gut aus nur mit guten news geht hier was voran  

Tja, das wäre dann zocken.
Glaubst Du echt daran das bei einer Meldung, wo mitgeteilt wird das die hälfte der Verbindlichkeit evt. auch mehr, das dann der Kurs mit nur 10 Cent höher aufmacht und man dann so ganz gemütlich einkaufen gehen kann !?
Also ich würde mal frech behaupten das bei solch einer Meldung wir einen Eröffnungskurs von 3,20+X haben dürften, denn dann wären die meisten Probleme vom Tisch.

Charttechnisch ist die Range 2,00-2,20  als Boden ausgebildet worden und extrem stark besetzt.

Zudem, was sollte im entferntesten jetzt noch Kurse unter 2 USD rechtfertigen, bei der Meldungslage und einem hoch profitablen Kerngeschäft.

Und shorts ?
Selbst die sind nicht so extrem das sie einen voll knock-out riskieren in der momentanen Lage, wo sie stets Vor oder Nachbörslich extrem überrascht werden können.

Aber klar, jeder muss das selbst entscheiden.

ich gestern abend nicht weiter verfolgen ...ich glaube bei 1.90 wäre ich glatt abgesprungen

FXCM hat seine 10% großschulder aufgefordert ihre Verbindlichkeiten zum 05.02.2015 zurück zu zahlen.
Die 90% Kleinschuldner sollen verschont bleiben.(müssen es aber nicht)
Etwa 30 Großkanzeleien aus den USA ermitteln im Kundenauftrag wg.etwaiger Verfehlungen des Directors Board von FXCM.
Es gibt ein (vermeindliches) Angebot der Charles Schwab Corp über 5,25$ je Share.
City Group sieht FXCM bei 0,75$ je Share.
