CITY WINDMILLS UPDATE - USA developments and UK Listing on GXG Main Board
CW is pleased to announce its uplisting to the Main Board of the GXG Global Exchange in London, where it is currently listed as an OTC member company. A benefit of a Main Board listing is that stockbrokers, where their regulatory permissions allow, can advise and recommend stocks on the GXG Main Quote to their clients.
CW has appointed London Capital NZ as its GXG Advisor, and will also simultaneously apply to the Berlin Stock Exchange for entry as a dual listing, thus providing easy access to European investors and stockbrokers. There are no changes to ISIN or Crest /Euroclear registration for this process.
CW USA is also pleased to announce the addition of Anne Faber to the US team - Anne has a life-long experience in the US Utilities industry as Chief Credit Officer with CapMAC, Senior Vice President & Head of Public Utility Rating Group at Fitch IBCA Ratings, Market development with ABB, VP Standard & Poors, and various senior roles in investment banks prior.

City Windmills is a publicly traded company with headquarters in the United Kingdom and with its operational center based in Geneva, Switzerland. The company opened a subsidiary in the USA in 2011, primarily to develop its outsourcing relationship with the US Federal Government/Federal Prison Industries ("UNICOR") for manufacturing, and in anticipation of major sales activity. City Windmills has a licence to jointly manufacture small wind turbines with UNICOR.

MK ca. 2 mio, das ist nicht viel
wir haben den GXG Markets wieder aus der Liste der von uns als anerkannten regulierten Börsen gestrichen. Es werden keine neuen Werte aus diesem Markt bei uns in den Freiverkehr einbezogen. Wir hatten noch ein Unternehmen aus dem GXG Marktes gelistet, dass wir demzufolge eingestellt haben.

somit bleibt city w... eben wie ein sparbuch, keiner zockt und bei erfolg haben wir eine sehr gute verzinsung und irgendwann wird sie gelistet in ffm oder so :)
natürlich nur mit erfolg. also umsätzen etc :)

Ja klar. Irgendwann sind sie im Dax gelistet. Vorausgesetzt, sie verkaufen irgendwann mal ein produkt. bis dahin gehört euch eine menge heißer luft und die herren von city windmills gönnen sich ein guinness auf eure kosten.
Für dich spezialisten, schafft es in gxg official list, können sie sich auch in anderen börsen in deutschland listen lassen.
Was sie versprochen haben, haben sie versucht zu halten. Das berlin sich anders entdcheidet, liegt wohl nicht in ihrem verschulden.
