Die können die Aktie nicht mehr verkaufen... die tun mir echt leid.

sowie ich das lese bzw. verstehe gab es ein Vertragsbruch, verursacht durch BMSN. Nun sind Sie gezwungen dem ehemaligen Vertragspartner 100.000.000 (restricted) Shares zu übergeben. Korrigiert mich falls ich falsch liege.

Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On February 3, 2011, a Complaint (“Complaint”) was filed in the U.S. District Court Middle District of the State of Pennsylvania against the Bio-Matrix Scientific Group, Inc. (the “Company”) David Koos (the Company’s Chairman) and Entest BioMedical, Inc.  by 18KT.TV LLC (“Plaintiffs”). The Complaint sought damages from the Company and Entest BioMedical, Inc. in excess of $125,000 and alleged breach of contract, unjust enrichment and breach of implied in fact contract by the Company and Entest BioMedical, Inc. in connection with agreements entered into with the plaintiffs by both the Company and Entest BioMedical, Inc.

On March 1, 2013 a SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND MUTUAL GENERAL RELEASE (“Agreement”) was entered into by and between the Plaintiffs and the Company.

Pursuant to the Agreement:

The Plaintiffs   irrevocably release and forever unconditionally discharge the Company  of and from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, claims, debts, dues, accounts, bonds, covenants, charges, complaints, contracts, agreements, promises, judgments and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity

The Company irrevocably releases and forever unconditionally discharges the Plaintiffs  of and from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, claims, debts, dues, accounts, bonds, covenants, charges, complaints, contracts, agreements, promises, judgments and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity

The Company shall cause to be issued to 18KT.TV LLC 100,000,000 of the Company’s newly issued restricted common shares

sind das jetzt schlechte News -- und wenn ja: wie schlecht?  

Gut jedenfalls nicht. Wird die aktienanzahl erhöhen, was zur Verwässerung führt. Wie schlecht? Also ich sehe es gelassen, denn im 10k konnte man ja erkennen, dass die Verwässerung das ganze Jahr über lief. Auf die 100 Mio Shares kommt es auch nichtmehr an :D. Fda News werden meiner Meinung nach dieses Ereignis überschatten.

Durch neue Aktien können Forschungen weiter finanziert werden.

Achso es war auch schon im 10 k eine Anmerkung über den jetzt erscheinten 8k. Also sollte das meiste schon eingepreist sein. Meiner Meinung nach

Ausserdem gibt es ein Verhaltenskodex :
Ruhige und Sachliches Verhalten in Forum.
Solange keiner aus der Bahn geworfen wird - verhält sich jeder Zivilisiert in Forum.
Eigentlich ist Forum da - um sein Wissen / Erfahrungen auszutauschen.
Notfalls Rat geben und helfen.

Diejenige die persönlich werden - das nenne ich persönlich mittlerweile Internetmobbing.
Muss doch eigentlich nicht sein - wenn ich mich nicht irre sind wir alle in einem Boot und ausserdem gehe ich davon aus das wir alle Erwachsene Menschen sind.
Wir Erwachsene sollten eigentlich ein Vorbild sein - was würden die Teenager sagen ?
