Blockbuster Announces New App For Renting and Watching Movies Through Facebook Platform

McKinney, Texas – Sept. 22, 2011 – Blockbuster L.L.C. will soon launch an app that gives people the ability to rent and watch movies through Facebook Platform. The Blockbuster app on Facebook is designed to provide Blockbuster customers new forms of discovery and engagement around the Blockbuster digital catalog. I was a Stockbroker for 20 years. That still does not make me the expert. This is just my opinion only! Several thoughts on Blockbuster 1)If any brokerage firm told you to buy Blockbuster stock; Tell them, "Your responsibility to me your customer(Rule 405)has failed and I want you to put all of my loss as a result back into my account or my lawyer will be in contact with your compliance department soon." 2) This thing will trade once again. And when it does all the shorts may cover so their account can record the profit so they can move on from the drama. Until their profit is recorded (they must cover in order for this to happen) they cannot invest the money somewhere else. So, Blockbuster still could move up from short covering. So, not a total loss!THANKS!

 

Hier ist alles vorbei.... Im SEC Bericht steht deutlich drinne das es keine Werte mehr gibt und das die Aktien vielleicht schon nächste Woche ausgebucht wird...macht auch keinen Sinn eine Aktie zurück an den Markt zu lassen die keinerlei Werte mehr hat und keine Geschäfte vollzieht... Wir haben einfach alle Anteile an einem leeren Aktienmantel...

Warum schreibt sec dann das sie bis 12. Um 24.00 Uhr ausgesetzt sind?  

Bestimmt doch weil es bis dahin untersuchungen gibt und die Assets aus der firma dann
Raus gebucht sind und dann nehmen sie die Bude vom Markt... Wie gesagt was
Sollen wir handeln wenn die Aktien keine assets and Operations mehr hat?  

sie ist nichts wert weil sie verkauft wurde an Dish Network und das schon im früh Jahr, bei einer Versteigerung alle Werte auch Assets genannt wurden für, glaube um 300 millionen so verkauft. Da haben die Aktionäre nichts von, Verbindlichkeiten waren viel höher, ich glaube es waren so über eine Milliarde Dollar. Deswegen kriegen die alt Aktionäre nichts mehr bin danach raus. Hab gehofft das mehr bei der Versteigerung rum kommt und wir was abbekommen, leider war es nicht so. War gleich investiert nach der Pleite. Hab mich schon gewundert warum sie so hoch geht, obwohl sie nichts wert ist. Ich denke, da wollten viele ihre Aktien los werden. So ist es halt an der Börse alles schwarze Schafe, jeder lernt dazu ich hab schon vor Ewigkeit gelernt das man erst sich informiert und dann investiert. Gruß an alle und mein bei leid.

das ist eine standardisierte Maßnahme, um schnell reagieren zu können, weiteren Schaden abzuwenden und während der Zeit der suspension Nachprüfungen anzustellen, meistens dauert die Maßnahme 10 Tage

der Termin hat mit der Frage der Werthaltigkeit/Nichtwerthaltigkeit eigentlich nichts zu tun

sie wurde gekauft von Dish Network gekauft und gehört denen, die Aktien sind übergeblieben wertlos. Weil jetzt ist Blockbuster eine Tochter unternehmen von Dish, wenn hättest du mal Dish kaufen müssen der Name wird als Mark erhalten aber wir von einen anderen Unternehmen geführt. Viel haben gedacht das die Nachrichten sich auf die alten Aktien beziehen ist aber nicht der Fall. ich Hoffe das erklärt so einiges schönes we. Ach so wer mehr damals bei der Versteigerung rum gekommen hätten wir auch was bekommen, drauf hab ich spekuliert leider ein Flop. Bye Bye
