Wie man es macht, macht man es falsch. Wollte meine Position mit Verkauf zu einem billigeren Broker schieben und bin tatsächlich genau letzte Woche bei 3€ raus und darf jetzt zu 3,40€ wieder einsteigen.

20 August 2024: Reference is made to Hexagon Composites ASA's (the "Company")
provisional award of Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") in August 2021 under a Long
-Term Incentive Program (LTIP) to align the interests of the participating
employees with those of the Company's shareholders. Each vested RSU will give
the holder the right to receive one share in the Company at an exercise price
corresponding to the par value of the shares being NOK 0.10.

The total program ended at 91,132 RSUs. The transaction is settled in treasury
shares, and following the transaction, the Company holds 475,301 treasury
shares.

20 August 2024 - Oslo, Norway: Hexagon Composites ASA ("Hexagon" or the
"Company") has retained DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA as sole bookrunner
(the "Manager") to advise on and effect a private placement of new ordinary
shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") to raise gross proceeds of NOK 300
million (the "Private Placement"). The subscription price per Offer Share in the
Private Placement (the "Subscription Price") will be determined by the Company's
Board of Directors (the "Board") on the basis of an accelerated book-building
process conducted by the Manager.

Allerdings war das vor vielen Jahren mit einem 30% höheren Krone Wert..., also weiter warten bis ich zumindest wieder paari bin!  

und das Interview von Wissing zum Thema H2 und Elektromobilität im Schwerlastverkehr angeschaut.
Die Industrie liefert und die Politik kennt die Probleme, insb. die Bereitstellung der notwendigen Infrastrukturen. Schöne Worte, wie wahr! Hoffentlich schaffen das die Amateure in Berlin.  

Die vielen Kriegsausgaben könnten auch den Ausbau der H2- und e-Infrastruktur schmälern und verzögern.
Die genannten Ampel-Amateure sind zu allem fähig, außer vernünftige Entscheidungen zu treffen.
