die Serie dirty money an, da geht es in Folge 3 um valeant heute Bausch Health. Wer glaubt, dass Monsanto schlecht ist, oder Landminenhersteller, der kennt die Hintergründe von Valeant nicht. Etwas Anstand sollte man sich bewahren finde ich.

Vermutlich waren die Quartalszahlen deutlich besser als erwartet.  

Heftig, aber scheinbar nicht nachhaltig, der Anstieg heute morgen.
Mal schauen was die nächsten Tage und Wichen bringen.

BAUSCH HEALTH TO REDUCE DEBT BY $150 MILLION USING CASH GENERATED FROM OPERATIONS
On Nov. 30, 2020, Bausch Health Companies Inc. will redeem: (i) approximately $100-million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.875 per cent senior notes due 2023 (Cusip Nos. 91831A AB7 and C96729 AB1), representing the entire outstanding amount of the 5.875 per cent notes; and (ii) approximately $50-million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.5 per cent senior notes due 2023 (Cusip Nos. 91911K AE2 and C94143 AE1) using cash generated from operations.
The Company will issue today irrevocable notices of redemption for each series of Notes and a copy will be issued to the record holders of such Notes. Nothing contained herein shall constitute a notice of redemption of the Notes. Payment of the redemption price and surrender of the Notes for redemption will be made through the facilities of the Depository Trust Company in accordance with the applicable procedures of the Depository Trust Company. Da steckt jede Menge Potenzial drin, oder?

Das Vertrauen kommt zurück, Schulden reduziert, wieder profitabel, was hoffentlich mit den nächsten Zahlen bestätigtnwird.  Vermutlich bald das spinoff von Bausch&Lomb. Icahn wird dafür sorgen, dass es auch gemacht wird. Dann muss nur noch Dividende gezahlt werden und es geht noch ein paar Etagen höher.

Ich gebe meine Stücke nicht her.
